VERY recommended and Very satisfied”
I travelled with 6 families, parents, auntie, cousins, nephew , my wife, my baby, etc. Rancamaya is one of the best hotel i ever visited. the facilities were best : - kids playground, and also kids can feed the animals like deer , rabbit, fish, horse, etc, yes they have mini zoo for kids! - the fresh air around, -big garden -the golf sport, (I got the 50 balls for free to play) -the food was best, ( I got the buffee dinner also for free, i dont know how, but they gave me the voucher for free dinner :D I hope i could get it again next time i visit :D) - the view from our room was also best, swimming pool view together with the mountain view. -1 thing i never got when i stayed at the hotel, at 5-8 pm, the house keeping always ask me whether i want the room to be cleaned again or not, change the towel , change the bed linen or not? I thought, what? its evening time , they still worked asking each room whether want to be cleaned again or not? amazing service!

Amusing short vacation”
We booked the villa, located outside the hotel area, but the environment is so nice, surrounded by trees and many plants which make it looked so green. We loved the ambiance. The food is delicious, we ordered steak for our dinner. We went to the pool earlier just to avoid the crowd. There were already few people, but the pool is quite big. You can also use some golf facilities just next to the hotel. There was much attraction for your kids that won't make them boring during the stay. The location is also good to do the bike ride or jogging. In general, the room was clean and tidy, but my only comment is the hotel to clean the ventilation next to the bathroom. I was amazed by the ash.

Clean, refreshing, lovely staycation ”
At first I wasn't really sure about staying here but now that I'm staying here, it's really not bad. Room is clean, bright, the kids love the pool. Breakfast is so so, it can be better. There is a mini market available. My only inconvenience is my room is a bit far from the elevator. One night I couldn't go in because the door lock battery was dead and I had to wait for like 10 minutes. But they changed it right away. The bathroom is very nice. Will I stay here again? Definitely.

The hotel is located with mountain view and not far from bojongsari sawangan depok. It has big room with 2 kind of resto: garden and in-house styles. There are so many facilities for the kids of outbond such as 3 types of swimming pool, mini zoo, playground, garden, archery, water big ball, ATV car, flying fox, and golf. It has also in-house activity such as Movie Theatre and Playground. Also, there is minimart inside. The staffs are very helping full and warm. They are stand by for 24/7 to help customer needs. Best hotel at rancamaya”
The room so spacious. I just booked superior twin. In many hotel, superior twin just have 2 twin bed but in R hotel rancamaya, they give us 2 queen bed. Even 1 bed can fit for 2 adults and there is still a space. The facilites so many and so good. I think its better to stay for 2 night to use all of the facilities. The hotel so children friendly.

Great for relax”
We stayed in work days during school vacation so there are not so many guests. The hotel is located in a relaxing environment, with great mountain view. There are not many restaurants around to be explored, but we come to relax and enjoy the environment so it's not a problem. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and consist of various menu. Room is quite big, with two queen beds, and the bathroom is clean. Hotel facilities seems to be properly maintained. Both of the swimming pool are nice and clean. There are also many activities for smaller children such as feeding animals, flying fox, horse riding. Overall, it was a great stay.

Nice Hotel & friendly staff”
The bedroom size is quite big, it will fit to have twin bedroom for family with 2 kids. The view is nice, various type of pools, spacious garden at the ground floor. The breakfast is the only slight minus point as the taste is type of reguler hotel. But the hotel is quite flexible, so it give us as the guest to enjoy the scenery and the facility with good feeling.

I come here with my big family, we book 3 room with balcony, such as a nice room with 2 double bed so with my older child still fits in, the great thing is swimming pool for children, very good and they have 3 swimming pool so its not crowded, many playing things, feed the deer, rabbit, fish, horse riding, the kids loved it, so much open area so its a nice place to go with family thx u very polite staff too

This hotel has a good facilities for kid's activity. Located not far from Bogor city. There is convenience store at the hotel, nice food in the restaurant for dinner and also child friendly. Many activities for kids, my 3 yo toddler love to see the animals on there.
