Property has No Wifi + area has really bad Mobile Signal (Globe totally none, Smart limited). But overall Calayo beach is a hidden gem in the Nasugbu, and Cocotel was a great property to stay at. Staff at the property was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Everything is clean, staffs are friendly. They even allow our pet to stay in the sala tho not in the rooms but totally fine with us. Good place to catch up with family since the network isnt that available esp for globe users. You’ll be able to spend more time with your love ones than your phone. Network is available in the island when you hop. For the food, the group meal is delicious and everything is fresh. Tho cooking time is a bit long so you have to order in advance if you dont wanna wait. A little improvement on the menu and other food but all in all, everything’s okay for us. Perfect for Quick Escape”
It's a beachfront resort and a little over 3 hours drive from Metro Manila. The location is perfect for breaks on social media and to quickly escape the hustle and bustle. The room we stayed in was clean, but the common toilet and shower by the pool were dirty. Some taps and showers were not functional. Staff were very accommodating and approachable. Overall, I'm happy with our stay because they served yummy food and the ambiance was relaxing. Make sure you bring enough cash as they do not accept credit/debit card, but can make payment via Gcash.

If you are looking for budget friendly resort in Nasugbo, for your Family, Friends, or Company Outing this one is highly recommended. Clean Facilities with Pool, though some of the rooms are quite Out dated, but its ok for the price. 🙂 Their Restaurant serves food as well, though their serving time needs to be improve because we had to follow up our orders 3x, the canteen staff must learn properly how to take orders and must lessen the waiting time of their clients. But over all we had a Great Experience witb RSAM. 😊

If you want to disconnect with the busy life in metro, this is the perfect place. The room, food and staffs exceeded our expectations they are easy to approach and always willing to help. Just one concern, there's too much boats in the beachfront making it seem too crowded, but overall it was a nice place.

Decent stay in the area”
Layout of the resort was really well-thought of. It really makes it spacious with just the right amount of rooms to accommodate # of guests. It also provides ample parking with very helpful staff to direct us from our entry. Food menu provides simple Filipino dishes that could get you by for at the most 3 days of stay. On your fourth day, you might be repeating the same food from your 1st day. We went out the resort twice, just because we wanted something else just ended up finding almost the same menu from this restaurant located in a nearby resort. The 2nd restaurant we tried is a franchised store (similar to Andoks), which gives you an alternative choice. Mobile signal in the area was really poor! We could compare because at the end of our 3 day trip, we went to a friend's wedding situated in a bigger resort (Nasugbu too) just to enjoy better signal there (up to 4G signal). The only signal you can rely on the resort is their wifi which are not available in their rooms. You can only get to access social media, emails around the concierge area. Something we noticed from our rooms - it doesnt have a mirror. even in the CR. overall i like the room because our A/C was working very well esp when we wanted to take siesta in the very hot afternoon. TV only showed limited local channels. Really decent, cleaning beddings. Last observation, the bangka (boats) parked right in front of the resort and cigarettes butts scattered around. Overall it was a decent resort to escape the city. You'll feel safe as well because the staff has schedules of closing the gates at certain time of the night.

The place is great and peaceful. It’s very relaxing especially if you want to have a quick getaway. The food is nice and cheap. The only downside here is that, there’s no cellular signal/wifi and they lack power outlet. Overall, this is a nice place to stay

Totally enjoyed our stay there! The only negative thing I could add would be the lack of variety regarding dining options. There are no restaurants nearby and no delivery service. The food at the resort was reasonable and good but very limited in selection.

The resort is well maintained and clean. Been there last Feb. 6 to 7, 2021. Wala lang Signal and Wifi sa resort 😅 and wala din Mirror and Tissue provided sa room. Masarap din ang food sa restaurant and affordable 🥰 Maganda din yung Beach. Malinis at mapino ang buhangin. Walang mga bato bato and madami nag oOffer ng water activities 😁😁😁

Pros: not crowded, staff are very friendly and very helpful to their guests, clean beachfront Cons : CR has smell, aircon is not that cold there are times that we are sweating inside the room. The variety of foods in the restaurant is very limited. Maybe they can lower their room rates.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The property is beach front but from the rooms, there's really no view of the beach. A lot of boats are parked on the beachfront. The restaurant is near the pool. Nice design. Besides eat, we mostly stayed in the room.

Food is good. Pool is clean. Staff is accommodating. Beach is beautiful. Low tide 3 to 6 pm, ideal time to go to beach. Suggest a dedicated person to clean up plastics (discarded items) that tend to collect at the shore, noticed this in the afternoon.
