Excellent 5* Hotel at Jl TB Simatupaang”

The hotel location is just opposite the Talavera Building and Midtown Residence Simatupang at TB Simatupang Road., Cilandak, South Jakarta. The road leading to the hotel a bit confusing to find as the hotel sign is to small and no lighting on it, once miss it then need to make a u-turn at Citos area again which is a bit far. The hotel room itself is very spacious and comfortable. It so call mini apartment room concept as you will find mini kitchen inside the room complete with its utensil. And bear in mind that this hotel is a No Smoking Hotel. Need to go to the balcony or walk outside the hotel if you want to smoke. As for the breakfast, i havent try it yet due to it pricey. Public transportation is easily accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay at this hotel again in the near future.

Thanks Agoda, I got a very special price for the Executive Suite. We had pleasant stay here. The room was spacious, clean and well maintaned. The bed and pillows were comfy. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided. Hotel staffs were responsive and very helpful, they allowed an early check in and late check out at no extra charge. Thanks Ra Simatupang! The swimming pools, gym, playground were also good. However no breakfast provided and no ventilation in the room. The room does not have an opening window nor a balcony so no fresh air flows into the room. But overall my family really enjoyed our staycation here! I would recommed this hotel to every couple and families :)

Please do not switch off AC at night time”

I am a reguler guest in this hotel but lately I am often disappointed with the hotel policy to switch off the AC during certain hour at night time (to save electricity?) I ended up woke in the middle of the night because the room temperature is like Sauna!! -Otherwise RA resident simatupang is a very good hotel. — Jeffry Jarnizal

Great location for O&G Business people”

The hotel was new, beds very comfortable, good satellite selection, very clean, responsive pleasant staff ...certainly nothing to complain about. Did not eat breakfast there but restaurant food at night was just "OK". Would not recommend the Chicken Pad Thai. The hotel is a short 8 min walk from Cilandak Town Square (small shopping area with lots of restaurants) and near all the Oil majors so from that perspective it was handy. Not close to the centre (travel time wise speaking) but then again nothing is unless you are actually staying in central Jakarta. Question: Would I stay again? Answer: Most definitely! Great value for money.

Great spot for business travellers in South Jakarta”

Stayed here many time and its had been a great experience each time. Lovely smell of lemon grass throughout the lobby, restaurant food is lovely, rooms great with good TV choice and decent reception. Small hotel which is perfect for business travellers as its not too busy. Swimming pool for adults and kids so caters for both. Location just over the road (walking distance) from Cilandak Town Mall. Totally recommend this hotel if you are doing business in the South of Jakarta.

Good place to stay in Simatupang CBD area, near to Pondok Indah, Cilandak Town Square, Fatmawati, and Cipete !!!! Hotel is clean, staf is friendly, plenty of food.

I was in Jakarta for a month and I'm so glad I chose Ra Residence. The room was well-equipped and comfortable for a long stay. The facilities were exactly what I needed - I appreciated having an easy-to-access laundry room. The best thing about Ra Residence though, was the staff. Wow. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Suggestions: a few more hangers in the wardrobe would be nice - and drainage in the shower and kitchen seem to be an ongoing problem. I look forward to my next stay.

Have a great stay at Ra Premiere, the staff are very nice, room are very comfortable with a great Jakarta view. Smoking area are also available at the hotel's balcony at 12th floor.

Home away from home”

Great stay in a 2 bedrooms apartment. Clean, quiet, spacious, great facilities. Full kitchenette with a water dipsenser, a coffee maker, a fridge a toaster, a stove and a rice cooker. The children loved staying in Ra. The staffs are friendly and very accomodative. Thank you!

Cozy Accommodation Next to The Highway”

A very good accommodation for anyone especially business traveler with decent price. You could just walk from the hotel to Citos (Cilandak Timesquare) by crossing over the highway with the pedestrian bridge, merely 5 - 7 minutes away! Citos has supermarket, restaurants, fast food chains, cafes that you could indulge with.

This hotel located in business area of South Jakarta (TB Simatupang), therefore you will encounter lots of business traveler. The room itself was nice, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and good amenities. I would love to go back to this hotel

Stayed here yesterday with my little family , totally didn't have any expectation but when we came there, lobby was clean and cozy, cold welcome drink always available, friendly staff and very helpful, the corridors are clean and they are pretty environmentally friendly where they use the recycle water for flushing ( this i'm not sure about the color if you guys can do something about it ? but it's a good start ) , swimming pools are clean and in the ok size, whirpool, a little playground for kids, and they have KOI restaurant downstairs which is one of my fav resto, so i couldn't ask more . If you ask me about the room? it's a well designed studio , they have cooking utensils and stuff, very clean, i can let my 1 year old crawling around without any worries. Thank you Ra Residence !

We were there 1st night. Something smells bad in our room . Called front desk. In 2 mins engineering checked. And they asked us to move room with better one. Quick respond. Kind and worth it.been looking hotel with kitchenette that affordable. And we found one. RA is the best. Will be back again.great place for family.groups or alone.

we booked the suite room which was amazing, nice and lovely, peaceful hotel in the middle of a residential area of cilandak, and the best thing is they have the well-known KOI restaurant downstairs.

Good hotel with good facilities”

stayed for one night in Ra Residence. The hotel room was clean and the area is wide enough. The facilities are good but the whirlpool / hot pool was not working. Not much of breakfast options as well
