The view from the hotel is nice, the facilities and the bedroom is also good. Overall I like this hotel, but one thing that didn’t really hit the spot was the breakfast. It was new year so it was really crowded and a little food option

I was staying for one night in double deluxe room with my niece. Super clean (i guess because the hotel is also relatively new). The breakfast have a good variety of food, maybe will be good if they also provide vegan choices. They also have cheese platter, and the food taste is good. I only order ice tea for room service during my stay, but the price is slightly lower compare to other hotel, so i assumed their F&B price is also reasonable :). Everything is superb, the aisle lighting etc. Maybe one thing that is a bit not comfortable for me is the size of the bed (i stayed in double bed room). Their single bed is a bit narrow i guess, while i hope it will be a bit wider. But the bed still feels good, firm and nice. Cilandak Town Square Mall is only very short walk distance from the hotel. And if you are traveling from Bandung with Cititrans, the hotel is next to the Fatmawati pool. I will also consider to try this new hotel for family trip in the future, because they have aparthotel with two and three bedrooms.

This hotel is very poor to control the health and safety of its customer and staff. 80% of the staff doesn't wear mask and they let the visitor without mask as well. They also doesn't lock the door near the lift, so keep eye on your children, you don't want your child to open the door and fall from high floor

5-minutes walk from fatmawati mrt station. Booked one bedroom suite room. Got welcome drink for two right after check in. Clean room, exquisite view, helpful staff, great bathtub. Unfortunately, no smart tv so you cant watch netflix, disney, etc. i hope they upgrade to smart tv for better staycation experience. Breakfast were quite good. Various food. I love their dimsum and salad

We have a wonderful time staying here. We booked one bedroom suite and at first entered the room it was hot and the AC didn't work properly. As we entered the room our eyes got stung. We call the receptionist and tell them about the problem. The engineer came quickly to our room and check the temperature. He said it took time until the room became cold. So we decided to call the receptionist again and ask to change to another room. One of the staff was very helpful he came to our room and offer to see another room. So we change to another room of the same type as our room. The rest of the time staying here was wonderful, it's very worth the money. We came with our toddler and she had so much fun staying here too. For notes, the window glass may look dirty because it's a very new hotel, and the breakfast is just standard. I would definitely come back to this hotel and would be recommended this to family and friends.
