In the Northern Atolls, 45 mins away by seaplane. Service is first class throughout-from check in at the seaplane counter all the way to the international counter returning home. We were there in late July. Not sure if the occupant rate of the resort but for most of part not too many people. The buffet restaurant is ~1/3 full , and the other restaurants almost deserted. We stayed on the villa on the ocean sans swimming pool. Every morning we took a dip in the ocean, go to lunch, lazy around and take a nap. More swimming in the ocean or at the infinity pool before dinner (we usually skipped lunch). Went on a couple of fishing trip. Wrong tide and we didn't catch much. The villa is big enough and comfy. Our house cleaning person "Naeem" is great. He did an excellent job! Most people are polite and courteous. The buffet restaurant has enough variety, though not top notch. Plenty of fishes in the ocean. The water did get cloudy on our last day.

The sheer natural beauty of Kudafushi island is overwhelming. There’s sun, clear water, and white sand in other places - they are stunning here. The resort is new, super clean, and the service is superb. Staff discounted my snorkel rental to be free, for the short period, the all-inclusive menus were luxurious in choice and quality, and the Maldivian massage at the spa was wonderfully relaxing. Easy to get there by sea plane. One suggestion: the resort might arrange for access to the lounge with WiFi at Male airport for departing guests, as is done on arrival. Overall, 5+ stars. Water Villa is big and clean. Bathroom is super nice and the bath foam and shampoo smell as very good quality so that we do enjoy every moment in our room. Wonderful place for honeymoon. The resort is very beautiful and clean. Building and the views are exactly the same as their photos. There are several Bars or restaurants. Especially we loved the live band in the bar while we had drinks in the evening. Fantastic atmosphere there. All Staff we met were friendly and helpful. Even before I gave them tips, they were always willing to assist us and answer our questions. We stayed for 2 nights, and our departure flight was at midnight, so the resort let us postpone the check-out time and let us have one more lunch without charge before we left ( I booked HB package). Everything is so perfect, wonderful and incredible. I do miss Reethi Faru now and will recommend to our friends for sure!!!

beach villa and water villa are all beautiful. the beach villa is huge, with two shower rooms (one is open-air, you can see stars in the sky when you bath) and a massage tub. only a few step walk to the sea, and two beach chairs are waiting. the water villa is also good, with a shower room and a beatiful tub. all the rooms are bright with French windows. there are beach chairs on the balcony, and a staircase to the sea(very slippy staircase, especially the steps around the sea level!!! a lot of people slipped!!! I slipped even I knew it is slippy!!!) beds are comfortable in both beach and water villa. there is one adapter in the beach villa, and 2 USB plug seats in the water villa. the coffee machine is good. I booked half-board. the buffet breakfasts and the buffet dinners are all good and diversified, you can see something new everyday. there are water and drinks at the breakfast, but not at the dinner. of course, the server will bring drink menus (chargeable). the snorkelling is beautiful here with a lot of beautiful fishes, and you can borrow fins\masks\lifejackets for free at the reception (you can keep all tools until you leave). water sports without motors are free (but for some sports, you have to take a chargeable lesson.) discovery deep dives are also good here. at the night, you can grab the flashlight or use your cellphone-light to discover crabs on the beach, which will be delightful. stars are beautiful. suggestions: 1. some electric plugs in the room are plugged in the uncompatible plug seats and are not working. 2. the toilet in the beach villa is a little bit smelly, but the toilet is open-air and is seperated from the bedroom. you just need to leave the toilet door open, so everything will be fine. 3. the pool villa is still under construction at the other end of the island, and will be finished by the end of the year.

We stayed at Adaaran Prestige Water Villas for our honeymoon for 5 nights. The seaplane transfer was amazing and gave us a real taste of what Maldives was all about with spectacular views of all the atolls and ocean. Once we got off the seaplane we were immediately greeted by the staff and had a short golf buggy ride to the other side of the island where the rooms were located. We were then taken to our villa where our personal butler greeted us with champagne and run us through what we needed to know. Throughout our stay we enjoyed every bit of food including the 7 course dinners, 3 course lunches and lovely breakfasts, the romantic beach dinner and night fishing. We also had massages, went scuba diving, snorkeling straight from the villa and more. The all inclusive included so much including the mini bar, all meals, cocktails and a couple of excursions. We cannot fault Adaaran at all and would recommend to all!

If you don't like the busy or noise like Ari Atoll or Male Atoll, Adaaran Select Meedhupparu Resort is your perfect choice! It is the only resort which located at Raa Atoll, about 45mins away from Male Airport by seaplane. Truly 1 Atoll 1 Resort! Even though this resort is a bit old, but everything well maintained. Surprisingly clean at every part of the island. Spacious & comfortable room. My room 266 is right in front of the white sandy beach with both sunrise & sunset view. All inclusive plan is just nice, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the Main Restaurant, which in wide spread of buffet choice. 5bars around the island ready to serve you nice drinks, which is all inclusive too! However, I think the resort should upgrade their fitness centre facilities.

I and my husband proposed to have a seaplane from the airport at Male at 1130 hrs thus we came to the airport 3 hrs in advance of the scheduled boarding time. The hotel staff at the airport is so smart and made an earlier seaplane for us that we could arrive at the hotel 1 1/2 hrs which was out expectations. I could really enjoy all facilities including both self-funded and complimentary activities. The hotel provided a great variety of activities that I could fully enjoy on them. The necessary equipment for snorkeling could be provided with free of charge. The hotel room is quite modern and new that we spent a lot of time and have a great relaxation especially on the swimming pool inside the room. There are four restaurants in the hotel and the staff arranged all the restaurants for us during our stays. The food and drink were very delicious with a great variety of choices. Most important, the hotel staff especially Mr Rao and Ms. Sooike Fan are so kind and helpful.
