Hotel feels like a hostel”

Close to ferry, pretty setting, staff were friendly

Being on an island was a bit of a surprise to us. It is not widely advertised and the ferry back and forth to Skye is quite costly. The Internet is very poor to virtually non existent. The shower allows you 15 sec of water before turning itself off. The room is minimal, but has plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The food was good, but overpriced.

Beautiful Hotel in a spectacular location ”

Location, house/hotel building and the food

Lovely overall stay. However the family room we got was at the back of the house and a bit basic for what we were paying. The room was not cleaned for our second night.

Over priced rooms”

Food, views, clean

We stayed in room 6, which is at the back off the house very small, and terrible outlook of unkept garden, for the price we paid it was not worth it. The food was amazing, fresh Salmon and vegetables. Wait staff lovely. Mixed feelings of reception staff. I would not stay here again

Scottland Islamd Retreat”

Location, activities, people/staff

We were three adults of various ages and all of us had a terrific time! The island, house, and people were all beautiful. We didn't know much going in, but what a great time we had enjoying all of the activities and amenities. This was a great stop in the midst of a busy voyage to renew ourselves and enjoy some of the gifts of nature we had been seeing all too briefly

Vielen Dank!
