Not recommended for foreigners”
This place should not be considered a hotel at all. It's like an apartment. No room service. No one comes to clean the room everyday. No connection to the main road. All guests have to walk around 7-10 minutes along a very tiny road in order to reach the apartment. Cars cannot be reached. It should have been mentioned in the hotel information. Looking at the map only, no one can tell whether the hotel is connected to the main road or not.

Location and stay are inconvenient”
The hotel is not recommended for guest with luggage, the location is not accessible by car or even tuk tuk. This is only for backpackers. You need to walk for about 8 - 10 minutes in a small pathway to get into the hotel and there are dogs everywhere that made me feel uncomfortable. The water heater is not functioning well and the room was not very sound proof as you can hear constant discussion and noises from other guests. There are street foods around but limited for a certain time. If you will arrive evening time it is advisable to have dinner before checking in. However the staff member that can speak English was helpful in giving us directions to go around the area.

Good for backpackers”
it was very difficult to find the hotel,even for local tuk-tuk driver and taxi driver. we spent over one hour driving around by tuk-tuk. finally the tuk-tuk driver left us about 100 meters before hotel, because the road was too narrow, and we had to walk through the slumps . our room was ok for not "require" tourist. it was clean, air-con worked properly, "bathroom" according to the low-cost asian standard.

Good value - but cannot access by car.”
It was difficult to find,even with GPS and being able to speak a bit of Thai. Have to park car and walk or get motor cycle taxi. At night parking is difficult. My room had no outside window though, so it would not be nice if you wanted to stay in the room during the day. If no car and wanting to sightsee during the day I would say great value.

the apt. bulding itself and the room was ok. only thai people living there, at probably a very low price.the problem is that one must go through an area that was affected by the overflow of the rivers, and although called safe by the government there remains large amounts of debris(probably fosthering contamination or small diseases) on both side of the many sois one has to walk through to reach the apartment building...better wear a mask.despite that, i stayed approx. 10 days, cause i got my room price down to baths cash per night...so this could be good for bargain-hunters, since most places there are close to bths....

Lovely hotel, Super helpful staff”
Lovely room with a view over the river, staff we so friendly, literally couldn't do enough for us. Location was great for us, very close to the river ferrys, but no night life near by. Only downfall is that no taxis know where it is, and the road leading to it is so small that cars don't fit down, so we had to get dropped off at the police station and one of the staff members came to meet us. But the staff were amazing and have us lifts on the motorbike when ever we wanted

โรงแรมดี สะอาด แต่ทำเลไม่ดีเลยไม่เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กทั้งเล็กและโต เดินไกลรถเข้าไม่ได้ ถ้ามีสัมภาระกระเป๋าหนักๆจะลำบาก ทางเดินแคบ มอเตอร์ไซค์เยอะวิ่งไปมาสองข้างทางเดินสกปรกมาก คงไม่ไปพักอีก แต่ก็เป็นประสบการณ์ของนักเดินทางมีดีบ้างไม่ดีบ้างปนกันไป

酒店偏僻,德士司机不知道在哪里。要走路进去小巷里找。环境是不错,干净。问题是隔音不好,冷气不冷。
