This hotel was so satisfying that I wondered how I could stay here at this price. The lobby was well-designed, making it a great place to wait for a taxi, and the self-welcome bar had water, snacks, chocolates, fruits, and more that you could eat to your heart's content. The swimming pool was pleasant, and towels were provided. There were hardly any people using the gym, so our group had it to ourselves, and it seemed to have a variety of equipment for cardio and strength training. Next to the swimming pool and gym, there was a shower room where you could take a quick shower, and the lockers were good. There was also a pool bar, lobby bar, and restaurant, all of which looked of high quality. I only used the breakfast, but it was amazing. The dessert selection was as extensive as the main dishes, making me very happy. There was a chocolate fountain that kids would love, marshmallows, and even ice cream! Of course, I don't have kids. I am the kid. Please try the breakfast. There was also a happy hour, so enjoy some cocktails, and oh, the pool bar was great too. The only downside was during check-in. I had reserved two rooms, and even though it wasn't a late check-in, it took a long time to assign two rooms close to each other. It wouldn't have been a problem if it was just one room, but since it was two, I had messaged them beforehand, but they assigned one room first, and we had to wait until we could all go into the other room together. However, they did assign us rooms close to each other. I don't think there were any connecting rooms, and after checking in, make sure to tell the baggage handlers that you have checked in so that they can bring your luggage up. The SM Mall is really close, and the food is great! Also, we used the port to go to Bohol, and it was great that it was close. If someone asks me for a hotel recommendation in Cebu City, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We stayed 4 days, nice hotel with beautiful landscape with swimming pool very well maintained. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room felt a bit old but clean and big, the carpet in the room has a a very bad odour smell, I have to cover my nose with my clothes as soon we walk into the room due that I have sensitive nose to smell, we call the staff and they fixed it by spraying the carpet, but the smell was back again the next morning. On new year eve we got back from our tour, need to have shower no towels in the bathroom they forgot to replace it, called the receptionist for towels they someone will bring, after 20mins waiting, we call again same answer and another 30mins waiting again still no towel my husband end up having his shower and use the bathrobe as towel and I just dress up with out having a shower. Because we did book to celebrate the the new year having dinner at the hotel . We went and spoke the manager about it, they were apologetic. They compensate us by upgrading our room, beautiful and bigger rooms with nice view. It’ just a suggestions that need to get rid those carpets.

Over-all, our 3days, 2nights stay in the hotel is very wholesome, enjoyable and very comfortable. I love the room, its quite big. The bed could accomodate 3adults comfortably! The room is very clean and the set-up is to my liking. Me and my husband would walked barefooted on the room's carpeted floor, because it looks and feels very clean. The shower ròom/comfort room is very clean and pwd friendly. Eventhough we had a sign on our dòor, that our doesnt need to be cleaned, but still housekeeping knocks on the door to asked if we have any concern or requests. They replenished our toiletries and other room amenities without being requested, and they came 2X a day to clean our room. And yes, they have this personalized greetings on the TV screen, everytime you turned it ON. The facility is luxurious and well kept, very clean. The staff are amiable, courteous and sensitive to our needs. They would go out of their way to make you comfortable. There is that homey feeling in the hotel. I have stayed here as a crew of one of your corporate partners. My job is to travel the world and stay in hotels almost every single day but never have I ever been treated this way. I am writing to express my deepest appreciation for how my family and I were treated during our stay. I booked our room around January of this year, roughly 8 months prior to our stay. We kind of started with the wrong foot via email but was sorted out immediately. On that note, allow me to mention some of your best staff that made our stay delightful: 1. Jon of Reservations Thank you for your prompt response and patience during the course of settling all my requests for our reservation. Your professionalism and patience has made me keep the reservation instead of canceling it given all the rough roads I have encountered prior to our exact stay dates. Also, allow me to express my gratitude if you were responsible for upgrading our Deluxe room into a Junior suite. What a great way to do service recovery. If it was you, you really know how to do your job well! You are indeed an asset for the Sales and Reservations Team. 2. Judy and Jassie of the Front Desk Team Thank you for taking your time in looking for my reservation despite your plates being full from the check in, check out, and phone requests all simultaneously coming in while I was asking for help. 3. Clarisse of the Front Desk Team Thank you for your warm welcome during our check in and for ensuring that a special birthday welcome was set up in our room. To be honest I have no recollection of booking a Junior Suite room with lounge access. I am not sure if it was you who upgraded our room or if it was Jon, but regardless, I would like to thank you for making my birthday extra special. Never in my lifetime would I have imagined that my deluxe room will be upgraded on my special day! You made me and my family extremely overjoyed. 4. Jun and RK of the Business Class Lounge Jun, you have welcomed my family and I with the warmest good mornings whenever we dine in for breakfast at the lounge. I assume that you are aware that I am neither a VIP nor a business class member but you have treated my family and I nothing less of the VIP members. You have always given us the best service with no prejudice of who we are and who we are not. You made sure that all our requests were given in a timely manner and even remembered our meal preference in a span of our short stay. Words will not be enough to express my appreciation.
