Excellent Location, Lovely Friendly Staff”
i stayed for 1 night with my mum and cousin as we where going to see Magic Mike at a nearby Casino for her birthday, we had a brilliant stay, prosecco on arrival lovely staff, breakfast was excellent and the room was very nice, clean with an excellent view. I would recommend.
Best location ever ”
Location location easy access to all places ,friendly helpful staff
Pros: Location, location, location! Staff are very friendly & helpful. Reception, lounge & restaurant modern. Cons: Twin rooms are on one side of the building where construction is taking place. Don’t stay in room 121, it felt like a dungeon. Very compact. No powerpoints in close proximity to a mirror for hair drying. Bring your own hairdryer.
Lovely hotel with fantastic staff”
The room was great and we overlooked Leicester Square, fantasic location! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a huge bonus, great music and vibe and the food was lush! Thank you to the whole team!
Good location, clean and amazing staff”
Vibrant area. Surrounded with restaurants and near to metro. Staffs were friendly. Mr Daniel from concierge was my hero. When I reached Eurostar train station that I realized I left my handbag at the hotel lobby after checking out. I then contacted the hotel and Mr Daniel went all out to ensure that the handbag reaches me.
We’ll be Back !”

lovely hotel with super service and outstanding breakfast. lovely bar with good bartenders and staff always service minded! will stay here again
Rooms are very small but staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again.
Will definitely be back!”
This was my fourth visit to London and we decided to stay somewhere different and oh boy, it does not disappoint. From the moment we got off the Taxi, the Bellman was right there assisting with everything, ensuring that we didn't have to struggle with our heavy luggage. We stayed at the Junior Suite with the view of Leicester Square for 4 nights. The room was spacious for 3 Adults and was very well lit. Even located at a place that is bustling with people, noise was never an issue. The bathroom itself was spacious with a fantastic standing shower which I never wanted to leave. The in-room amenities such as Nespresso, bottled water and coffee and tea, were replenished daily. Located right at Leicester Square, the hotel is a perfect location to get around London by foot. This is definitely the hotel of my choice whenever I'm back in London. Thank you to all the excellent staffs for making it a fantastic stay!
Best hotel I've ever stayed in”
I've wanted to stay in this hotel for a while now.. I booked a room with a view of Leicester Square and it certainly didn't disappoint.. the bed was the best I've ever been in, the room was just amazing! The shower was lovely and the bathroom immaculate.. The staff were so helpful and mine and my girlfriends every need were catered for.. I asked for two champagne glasses to be brought up to my room and they took a while in doing so, so they brought us the flutes with a complimentary glass of champagne each which I thought was a very nice gesture.. brilliant location... just a brilliant hotel.
Location was in the middle, walking distance from all important attractions or easy access to all the tube lines. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no view from the window , just overlooking a construction site and the room was quite old but comfortible
Great location. Great staff. Very nice, but cramped quarters”
The Hampshire is very conveniently located for almost anything. Easy access to the tube and many museums and sights, as well as all the theaters. The staff was consistently helpful in every way. Can't say enough about Alex and the entire concierge staff. The room had good air conditioning and an super comfortable bed. It was just tiny. No room to put things away or to open more than one suitcase. Desk was accessible only by sidling around the bed. The lobby and fitness room are also very small and tight. It was an expensive choice, but I have no regrets at all.
Great location plus helpful staffs”
Very helpful friendly staff, great location! Central to almost everything, 5 mins walk to the underground station. Doesn't matter if it's night life or day time attraction sightseeing or late night dinner, the great location provides all. Amazing experience staying!
Comfortable but expensive.”
It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. I would personally have preferred a room with pastel colours (perhaps yellow or peach) as I found the Brown walls, curtains and bedding a bit oppresive. If the hotel was a little bit less expensive both rooms costs, food & drink we would stay more often.
Time square in London ”
We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire Hotel. Would definitely stay again when in London . Easy access to theaters, Parks, china town Trafalgar, Harrods ,they have afternoon teas and the food Is good . Have porters at your back and call . Senior friendly .walking distance to a lot of shops we were there Before Christmas and there was a carnival right at our doorsteps with a giant ferris wheel at the square.
Excellent 10 out of 10”
Our stay was fantastic, the staff were extremely attentive and professional, our room was large and luxurious with a great view, we would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Great especially if you want to stay Central ”
It was great if you want to stay right in the heart of London. It's right on lester square and so close to everything,... We were on honeymoon so they upgraded our room to executive room which was wonderful as we had a fantastic view of the square
Right in the heart of London ”
We had a brilliant stay at Radison Blu Edwardian Hampstead hotel . We walked everywhere including great local restaurants. Saw live theatre and shopped till we dropped. Was a busy German football match weekend .Great people watching and fun. Would ask for a room up high as the night time noise can be a bit loud. Leicester square is fabulous.
Fantastic location, wonderful staff”
The location was as good as it could be right in the heart of Leicester Square. We got to Chinatown and Soho in less than 2 minutes which were just up the street. Other than the location, the best feature about the hotel is its concierge service. What pampering! Each time we came out of the lift in the morning we were asked if we need a taxi to be called, our tickets to Lion King were booked a week ahead, our airport transfers were organised painlessly and smoothly. When we ventured out on foot, we were given idiot-proof directions. And the toiletries were generous and luxurious. I have already recommended this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to London.
Great location which met our expectations”
having stayed in london previously, we wanted to stay in a central location, close to public transport, the theatre district, trafalgar square and shopping and be of good quality with good size rooms. this hotel did not disappoint and ticked all the boxes for us. the staff were courteous and extremely helpful and as we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they offered to store our bags for us until it was ready. the room was large and comfortable, very quiet and clean. the only criticism was the air-conditioning didn't seem to be very cool and the room stayed quite warm, other than this our stay was wonderful. we would definitely stay here again.
