From arrival to departure the staff could not have been more accommodating - outstanding service”

The staff at the Radisson Blu Edwardian were incredible - I have stayed at Hotels all over the world but the staff at Mercer street were the very best. They did everything possible to make our stay a fantastic weekend and we will definitely look to come again. The concierge was outstanding and effortless in making arrangements on our behalf - the little things are the differentiators - like remembering our names when we entered and left the hotel and the occasion which we were celebrating for the weekend. It was these small points which made the difference between a nice stay and a great stay. I couldn’t have asked or expected for a nicer hotel or staff who reflected so well on Radisson Blu Edwardian - well done and thank you.

Enjoyable stay for a second time!”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson on Mercer Street last weekend. Roberta on reception recognised me from my previous stay and was so lovely and welcoming. Our room was lovely (albeit very small) but I did only book a cosy room so this cannot be seen as a negative! The breakfast was fantastic - service & friendliness of the staff was second to none. This is my second time staying here and one of the main reasons was due to the location & how lovely and quiet the hotel is. My only critique would be the pillows could be a little firmer...but this is probably personal choice. I have every confidence next time we are back in London, we will book here!

The hotel is a great hotel with decent prices. It is located in the best location you can think of between Soho and Covent Garden in a quiet street. The rooms are super clean and convenient and the staff is super nice. The concierge team is very knowledgeable and very helpful and nice. We would definitely return to this hotel in our next London trips. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Renovation”

The Hotel is spanking new with great features being"green"

The multi million dollar renovation has paid off! The rooms and bathrooms are all newly done. It's fresh looking and updated with the newest technology. Once I figured out how to turn the lights on in the room (use your key card), it all made sense. They are trying to conserve energy, they use bottle soaps, so you never run out and the television is hooked up wireless to your computer. I had a great stay and definitely would recommend the hotel to others. Best of all, it is so convenient to the West End theatres and Covent Garden. All walking distance of a few streets.

Lovely hotel”

Really enjoyed staying here. Fantastic location. Perfect for anyone who wants to watch any shows on the West End or do some shopping. Rooms were super comfortable and quite roomy for what we were paying for. Exceptional service at reception. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage while our room was being prepared which was very handy. Amenities were excellent and will definitely stay here again when we're next in London

Good Central Hotel”

I only stayed one night here, I had planned to stay two but had to leave London early. It worked out well though as I had the use of the Hotel room until my evening flight. It is a nice hotel in a great location. I didn't actually use the tube from here, so not sure how convenient that was, but there was always a cab swinging around the roundabout at the front whenever I wanted one. The room was clean, the restaurant downstairs has a great bar menu and some nice wines. A perfect choice for a night or two stopover in London.

Lovely stay”

We were in London for two nights for a wedding and stayed here as it was close to the venue, from arriving we were very well looked after especially by Ed, he is an asset to the hotel and would go above and beyond to help us out! I think for the price of the room that breakfast should be included, that would be my only gripe, everything else was fab from the Prosecco on arrival, comfortable beds and lovely helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Seven Dials is a secret treasure”

The location of this beautiful little hotel cannot be overstated. It’s tucked back in the quiet, boutique-y Seven Dials neighborhood, blocks from Covent Garden & the theatres of the West End. Warm staff, modern amenities. Small rooms, but tidy layout.

Nice hotel, great location”

Modern decor, newly refurbished rooms

Location was my main consideration when I booked this hotel. Near Covent Garden, theaters, restaurants. Watched classic plays Les Mis and Phantom, and from the hotel, it takes about 15 minute walk to the Queens Theater and Her Majesty's Theater. Fall weather makes it pleasant to explore London on foot, and it is great to go back to a nice, clean, modern hotel afterwards. Friendly hotel staff, checking in & out was a breeze. Overall, a great stay. A bit expensive, but definitely worth it! Looking forward to stay here again.

A wonderful find. Wonderful staff. ”

I found this hotel when I was organising a trip for three couples to visit a restaurant in Covent Garden. It’s in the perfect position to explore London. For shopping, show and great restaurants. This time we met other friends from Dublin. We all agree this is the place to return to. We had a standard cosy room, which is perfect for an overnight stay. Larger rooms are also available. Ed and his staff are extremely welcoming, efficient and professional. Breakfast is a good experience beyond usual expectations.

Service and style

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We arrived at noon but were immediately allowed into our room. We wanted a twin bedded room and the first one we were given had a double bed but a quick call to Reception resulted in an immediate transfer. The room was not large but was superbly equipped. There were tea and coffee making facilities together with complementary bottled water. The bathroom was excellent with a powerful rain shower. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast next morning was among the best we have ever had. There was a wide range of food and the excellent cooked breakfast was made to order and was served on hot plates-something which, I think, is the mark of a good hotel. The hotel was well placed for the theatres being about a five minute walk from Leicester Square. We had a pre theatre supper at the Cafe des Amis in Hanover Place which is a short walk from the hotel and prior to going I had joined their club on the internet which allowed me to enjoy my first meal at the restaurant entirely free. I had to pay for my wife. The food was excellent but do make a reservation since it gets quite full early on. The staff at the hotel are first class. They are very polite and anxious to please. Millions of pounds have been spent on refurbishing the hotel and I can recommend it without hesitation.

This hotel was right in the centre of the theatre district of London and only a short walk to many of the iconic landmarks. The subway was only a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was quite small - but comfortable and clean. It was quite expensive but you are paying for its great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Concierge!”

The location was amazing! It was in the center of it all, walkable to many locations, or a short cab ride to the further destinations. Edward Parks was a fantastic concierge! He was helpful with reservations and recommendations of restaurants and sights, very clear with directions (which can be tricky when staying at the junction of so many streets!), and was personable and friendly at every meeting. A great friend to have on your trip! The only hotel drawbacks were the small bathroom and the lack of a view. As we were not spending much time in the room, it didn’t matter much. The beds were still clean and very comfortable. The hotel and staff were wonderful over all and I’d definitely return. .
