From arrival to departure the staff could not have been more accommodating - outstanding service”
The staff at the Radisson Blu Edwardian were incredible - I have stayed at Hotels all over the world but the staff at Mercer street were the very best. They did everything possible to make our stay a fantastic weekend and we will definitely look to come again. The concierge was outstanding and effortless in making arrangements on our behalf - the little things are the differentiators - like remembering our names when we entered and left the hotel and the occasion which we were celebrating for the weekend. It was these small points which made the difference between a nice stay and a great stay. I couldn’t have asked or expected for a nicer hotel or staff who reflected so well on Radisson Blu Edwardian - well done and thank you.
The hotel located at the seven dial, very convenient to go everywhere especially for theater lovers. The staffs are all wonderful and very helpful. The family room is spacious enough for the 3 of us. The bed is heavenly, soft and fluffy sheets. One of our best hotel in London
Perfect hotel on all counts!”
Great location with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, walking distance to many sites and excellent tube access. Hotel is very nice with well-appointed rooms and excellent staff. Couldn’t have been better for our first family stay in London.
The hotel staff were super nice and helpful. Check-in took 3 minutes. The breakfast was generous and very tasty. The reem we were given at first had a wall slide so they directly changed it when we ask for a new one. I totally recommend it.
We were in London for two nights for a wedding and stayed here as it was close to the venue, from arriving we were very well looked after especially by Ed, he is an asset to the hotel and would go above and beyond to help us out! I think for the price of the room that breakfast should be included, that would be my only gripe, everything else was fab from the Prosecco on arrival, comfortable beds and lovely helpful staff. I would stay here again.
Great Hotel with excellent staff.”
Couldn't get a better located hotel for London's Theatres and. Covent Garden just on doorstep. Efficient and friendly staff who made us very welcome. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Great breakfast with amazing selection. Will definitely be returning on my next London trip.
Good location and great service”
was searching for a hotel that is central and convenient. there are a few choices nearby but decide to go for radisson edwardian mercer street. it was a nice hotel, looking totally brand new with the intensive refitting of the whole place. best part is that there is wifi connection all over the place that allow us to connect easily and it is complimentary. we would highly recommend this hotel!
Wonderful staff from top to bottom Clean and nice hotel to stay.”
Staff go to great lengths to help the hotel guests.
No room as overbooked”
arrived to be told we had no room so cannot comment on facilities. Were due to go to the opera in a couple of hours after meal close by. "upgraded to another hotel a 20 minute taxi ride away and so not convenient to the restaurant or the opera house.
Boutique hotel in a prefect location, in the seven dials square. Friendly stuff, nice decoration, perfect bed and pillows. Clean, changing towels twice a day. Loved it. Except the elevator.... We got stuck for long minutes in the small and full elevator. Not nice at all... Asked for our room numbers, but no compensation was suggested.
For a special family event I booked a family room which was upgraded on arrival to a lovely suite on the second floor. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. We were really looked after and made to feel very welcome on arrival. Breakfast was great. We have booked before and would certainly return again.
Hish price for small dirty box”
The size of room is ridiculously small and in part painted in very dark grey. Staying in the room was depressing and felt like a punishment. Window overlooked by office workers so had to pull down blind for privacy ensuring no natural light. Waa so pleased to leave!
Great location, Great Team, Great Service”
Location could not be better 15min walk to everywhere. We loved our stay. Fantastic staff Phillip the manager and Attila at the restaurant are to be commended for their great service and hospitality.
Incredible location, excellent facilities, appropriate and affordable price, wonderful staff.
It was really cosy! Staff were friendly, easily reachable. The hotel was super clean. I regretted not staying there longer.
great location in central london in the middle of all the actions. the boutique ice cream store across the streets closes at 11pm!!!
Good Central Hotel”
I only stayed one night here, I had planned to stay two but had to leave London early. It worked out well though as I had the use of the Hotel room until my evening flight. It is a nice hotel in a great location. I didn't actually use the tube from here, so not sure how convenient that was, but there was always a cab swinging around the roundabout at the front whenever I wanted one. The room was clean, the restaurant downstairs has a great bar menu and some nice wines. A perfect choice for a night or two stopover in London.
Chose the hotel for location and it was ideal. Staff very helpful. Room was quite small but big enough for a one-night stay. Bathroom good, shower great and bed very comfortable. Only downside when we stayed was work on one of the lifts which caused some disruption. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on food but we enjoyed our stay and would return, and recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to be close to theatreland and Covent Garden.
Excellent London Location”
My wife and I had a weekend in London ant selected this hotel on spec and we're delighted with the location central to all we areas we wanted to visit and the staff were great , nothing was too much trouble. Will stay here again.
This hotel is my usual stop in London. A great location; walking distance from anywhere in Central London. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms bijou but adequately appointed; everything one needs for a relaxing stay.
