Superb Customer Care by Thomas”
The location is phenomenal as well as the interior designing of the hotel. On the positive side trainee Thomas st the reception was superb. The breakfast manager was incredibly sweet- offered me the same table every day. The middle aged waitress took joy from the breakfast- by removing the plate infront of me while I sipped my coffee. The breakfast was brilliant in terms of fresh juices, avocado and chilli, fresh orange marmalade. However, if fell short on the vegetarian options- had the brie next to cold meats so made it unappealling. The single room was far too tiny. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet was just a two inches away from bathtub, so not ideal. The water flips to scortching hot every 3-5 minutes. The level of cleanliness wasn’t great- after pointing that out to reception, there was marked improvement the next couple of days. All in all , I would recommend it and would book in a couple of months to see if the mattresses are better and the water repaired.

Not worth the money! Rude staff”
From the moment we were greeted, we were met with a rude and impersonal greeting. We complained at the time and got a verbal apology from the shift manager. The photo in the agoda advert DOES NOT reflect the room we were given. It was tiny, dark, cold..... totally disappointed by our experience

Excellent”
This is one of the best London hotels I have stayed in - and I have been visiting London for many, many years now. The location is absolutely terrific - a minute's walk from Gloucester Road tube station, Waitrose just across the road, a buzz of cafes and restaurants all around. It made it easy to catch a tube to my early morning flight from Heathrow. The hotel itself is clean and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, but basic and small and poky (like pretty much all London hotels). However, the bathroom was a lovely surprise - bright, spacious and modern. The room could do with some attention to bring it to par with the bathroom and the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was at their restaurant, Scott & Banter, and was really interesting with tons of healthy options and a wide range of fruit juices. This will definitely be my first choice on future trips to London.

Very good value”
Excellent value, the breakfast is possibly the best hotel buffet I have ever had, 5min walk to the tube is perfect. This hotel is an excellent alternative to the far more expensive central/cbd London options.

Excellent”
Very well located handy to underground excellent friendly staff especially concierge. Hotel well maintained and of a good four star rating would highly recommend. If critical breakfast over priced for the selection. This hotel would suit both business and leisure travellers more so than a family with children

Disappointing "Standard" Room”
Booked one night at this hotel primarily on the basis of excellent experiences at other Radisson Blu hotels. The standard room available was nothing like the photo. There was only 6 inches between the end of the bed and the wall. If staying there ask for or book something other than a "standard" room. Breakfast was included but was very disorganised at 9am in the morning

Nostalgia”
The hotel is actually an old Victorian style buidling with modern facilities. Although everything is updated and new, it still retained some of those charm that is characteristic to that era. Overall, an excellent place to stay. My only peeve was my room was small, but that is trivial compared to the convenience the hotel has to offer.

Good hotel in a great location”
Charming hotel in a great location. Room was small, but VERY comfortable and quiet. Lovely common areas with bar/restaurant and lobby. Convenient to the Museums--V&A and Science Museum. I would stay here again and book via Agoda. A great deal!

Breakfast was great but I expected slightly larger and cleaner room, bed and bathroom.”
Breakfast was excellent. However, the room and bathroom need some renovation. A queen sized bed would have been better too.
