          Perfect week”

The hotel may not be located in the greatest part of the city but it is a very central location with the the train station to the airport across the road from the hotel. I had booked a junior suite for my stay which was satisfactory, although the floor was neither carpet nor wooden flooring but a strange black plastic material which was the softest thing I had ever walked on. The room was clean, bathroom and tub were amazing, view not so and neither was the noise at 6am from the restaurants and bars on the neighbouring streets all having their bins collected. Breakfast was also served as a buffet style as I have found in other Radisson hotels but the restaurant in which it is served cannot be matches by their other chains, top floor overlooking the city of Rome with the rooftop pool teasing you to take a dip, its a shame the temperature did not permit but it was great non the less. All of the staff I came across were friendly and polite, from reception to room service and restaurant to housekeeping. All greeted me in Italian and politely smiled as I attempted to also speak in their mother tongue. If you cannot speak Italian like myself then fear not as the vast majority of the staff on site do, however I did always try and speak in Italian but would be given my response in English, I think this again was their polite way of saying my Italian is quite up to par. I had gone to Rome with my girlfriend of 6 years to finally propose and on the second day of being here the occasion must have got to me as I requested a room upgrade from reception. Note online bookings only show the junior suite but their is also a master and the presidential suite. 1 of the 2 presidential suites were available and I duly asked to view the room which to describe is simply amazing. A separate lounge which was as big as the junior suite I had just come from with big screen TV, comfy sofas, ps4, dining area and a separate seating area with built in wall speakers to listen to your music th

Nice stay at Radisson Blu es. Hotel Rome”

We stayed 2 days in Radisson Blu es. Hotel Rome and we enjoyed our stay. It is very close to Termini station but the surroundings are not so great. But the hotel is very nice with pool and other standard hotel facilities. The pool timings can be increased till 9PM as sun set is happening around 9PM during summer time.

          An amazing experience”

Great location. A 5 minute walk from the Roma Termini station...easy to find transport from there and get to anywhere in Rome...Lots of stores and restaurants nearby...hotel is centrally located and near to the major tourist attractions in Rome....Room is amongst one of the most uniquely designed and pleasantly idiosyncratic rooms that I've seen...Breakfast spread was huge!..Hotel was clean and staff polite. Basically, everything that a tourist can desire from a hotel!

Good Location, Staff, but Design is Not Practical”

          Location, Staff, Breakfast

Good: - Staff was extremely helpful even with my early morning check-in - Wifi signal was good - Do opt for the breakfast, restaurant is located at the top with a gorgeous view. Not so good: - The room design was not practical at all. Everywhere you look, design over practicality. - In order for the shower water to not spray outside of the tub, I believe the mgmt. turned the water pressure to be so low to the point that I was never able to shower all parts of my body at once, it was a really bad shower experience. I did not expect this at a Radisson Blu. Location: - While it is central and right next to the train station, the neighborhood felt unsafe. Being a guy, I always felt like I had to "watch my back" each time I walk out of the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights during my Rome visit. walk to Rome Termini, shopping, especially China town area. and walk to two Metro station A. very clean, lobby and roof top area are big and clean. Breakfast is great, room is large. not sure comfortable with open shower setting. the only item not comfortable with was the Bed Heardboard, which was set as separate from the mattress, and not strong, moving with noise when you sit on the bed. overall, very happy and love the hotel.

Nice hotel / rough area ”

We had never been to Rome before and so didn't know areas too well. It seemed Radisson Blu was in a good location for transport. However, the area can seem a little rough after dark and it didn't feel very safe walking back to the hotel from Termini Metro Station. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a Radisson Blu: modern, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for business travelers but tourists might want to stay closer to the amazing historic centre.

fast wifi, easy access publict trasport & nice bathroom design

we had a nice value for money deal with Agoda. Room was great, nice bathroom in the centre of the room. Very comfi beds! fast free wifi, free luggage storage. Only the location is nice centrally located next to termini station, i would not reccomend the area to walk alone at night at this part of rome. staff was great and advised us were to go as we were visiting rome on a national catholic holiday (dec 8th).

Good base for a Rome visit”

The hotel was modern and comfortable. Rooms are well equipped - important to know that the bathroom is incorporated in the room and separated by a glass partition. Shower has a curtain. Toilet is separate behind frosted glass. It is easy to get to the sights of Rome - about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. There are two metro stations nearby, and it is easy to take the metro to the Vatican, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum. Our room faced the Termini railway station so there was some noise from trains. Bed and facilities were all very good. We were upgraded and had free use of the mini bar. We did not eat in the hotel though there is a good restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

          Close to train station”

          Opposite Termini, facilities, service

Located directly opposite Termini station and also near a subway station so perfect if you are catching train to Rome or have heavy luggage to manoeuvre! The area near the train station is grotty though - many homeless people. Not advised to walk alone at night if female! Plus the street next to hotel is noisy so if you open your window at night it's hard to sleep but the aircon doesn't work so well. Tip: request a room facing inwards to the courtyard - less noisy and you won't get the afternoon sun. Value for money though as its the only 5 star hotel in a lower price range in a central location.

Wonderful break in Rome in August ”

The 3 best things were the staff - very friendly and helpful; the junior suite we had was very quirky and had a bacony and lots of great toiletries; location next to main station

Our break in Rome was fantastic and we can't wait to visit again. The hotel was superbly placed for sightseeing as it was close to metro at Termini and bus station. The hotel surrounding areas are not the best but as in any major city this happens. In fact I felt safer walking round the station after dark than being hassled over my dinner on a piazza by someone selling something. We had a junior suite which was spacious an had its own balcony. It had a wonderful coffee machine and great toiletries and a lovely bath. The mattress was too hard for my partner so we had to have a topper put on but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The housemaid was lovely. The pool was great but busy. We often got back around 4 from sightseeing and there were no beds but the pool attendant was fantastic and helped us each day to get a bed. I'm sure people put towels on and went out like we did but .... The pool was small but very accommodating and never busy. Prices for drinks were high €14 for a cocktail. Breakfast was weird - a cooked breakfast but served cold but the chef cooked omelettes to order so with that fruit and croissants we were ok. An excellent hotel but more 4* than 5 but we would definitely go again.

The Room, The Staff, The Location

Best hotel in Rome if you are after a modern space and good service from staff. Location is great for access to Termini Station, the area is a bit more typical of the real experience of Rome yet as Rome is a walking city it is still within in reach of all attractions.

Location, funky decor, roof top restaurant/bar

Funky hotel with cool rooms. The shower was awful which sprayed more on the wall than out the showerhead, and the pressure was a bit more than a trickle. However the location was amazing with a quick stroll to a metro station one side, central station on the other and a 15min walk to the Colosseum. The breakfast buffet was pretty poor for the price paid for the hotel; the provided coffee was usually cold (thankfully staff provided a free espresso instead) and the eggs not that great.

We stay at this hotel for 4 days/4 nights for our Honeymoon. This hotel is locate six minutes from the Romano Termini station. The hotel is also very convenience to the metro and bus lines. The room was clean and very good size. The shower was a little odd behind the bed (a little weird getting in and out). The staff was amazing. They gave me a mini birthday cake even though I didn't' mention it was my birthday when I check in (very attention to detail and customer service). I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. It was a great stay :)

Great stay, ideal location and great rooftop area”

Best three things would be the rooftop area with the pool, the modern and clean style of the hotel, and the ease of access to Rome

After finishing university my friend and I travelled to Rome and stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The stay was great. The food and drinks were expensive but we were out of the hotel most of the time to experience genuine Italian food anyway. The location was perfect, right by the termini yet only a short walk to the collesium and other attractions. Our room was always clean and the style was nice and modern. The staff seemed very friendly apart from one or two who were slightly rude which we assumed was because of our age since there were many businessmen there. However this did not affect our stay overall and had a great time, especially utilising the rooftop pool area of a morning and the spa when the weather was not as sunny.

Modern and stylish. Located right by the train station. Very convenient if you travel by train.
Rooms are very open. No privacy.

We arrived to Rome by train late at night, so the location of the Hotel was perfect for us. It's little bit off from main attractions, but only 5 min walk to the Hop-on-Hop-off main bus stop. Hotel is done in a very Modern style. Bathroom area is a part of the room. There is a sort of glass door to the toilet area. Very limited storage/closet space. It sort of open as everything else in the room is. It could be very romantic but at the same time there is very limited privacy, especially if you are traveling with friends. We could not invite our friends over as everything was sort of right there and open. Overall, nice clean hotel.

Spending time by the pool relaxing

It was pleasant. Reception team were helpful and pleasant. Restaurant 's team (waiters) must improve. Too slow and disconnected. Hotel Is lovely but not at well a 5 star. They should not consider themselves a 5 stars. Misleading statement. Area isn't the best but I believe guests would have worked it out by biking a hotel near A train station (Termini) Open living style room was good for Me traveling alone, I would not have enjoyed it with my partner. I prefer old style bathroom facilities for privacy. Relaxing by the pool was the high light for me and reason why I booked Radisson Blu but the pool service bar /restaurant can and must be improved.
