“High quality stay in Rome”
The hotel is located a few meters away from the central station, that means you can easily access the public transportation systems offered by the city of Rome. But within a 15-20 min walk you'll be in the middle of just about everything. So even if it's not located in the middle of all tourist activities, it's still a great...

Nice hotel in poor location
Hotel was nice, pool was super busy all the time. Gym was tiny, only 3 people max. Location is easy for getting a train to another city, but the area is a bit rundown. On the plus side lots of armed police around, so all the dodgy people will only bother you at night.

Designer hotel with no practicality!
Travelled with my wife and 17 year old son for 5 nights. They offer standard (no balcony), superior and business (with balcony), I booked 2 business rooms which are on 6th floor, 7th floor is the restaurant and pool. So I am a positive person so let's start with ..... Good bits Staff are professional and special commendations to the breakfast staff and pool guy. The pool area is great. NOW Bad bits For a contemporary design hotel it lacks design! If you are inward facing you are so close to the opposite side you have a wonderful view of other people's rooms as there is no central focus, you know green stuff and space. Outward facing (my sons) has poor views of Rome. If you have a balcony you should have chairs and a table... Non here! If you have a balcony you should have a pleasant view of Rome not other rooms. Open plan room with no planning. Nice view of your partner shaving, showering and yes shi??ing. Instead of a bedside table you have a mini slide WHY! No storage.. You get 1 full drawer and 2 small ones.... No wardrobe.. We lived out of our suit cases, 1 chair, 1 beer, 3 phones for some reason. It's a TWO person business room 2 chairs please! Hint - If a lady is travelling to Rome for 5 days she needs 10 outfits, a man probably 6 .... No chance of hanging more than 6 in your open plan wardrobe here. Prices of drinks ... Mojito = €14 in a plastic cup poorly made. The local area and hotel has graffiti everywhere. My son was woken at 6 by the restaurant staff every morning. We had the noisy Termini echoing around, again waking us at 6....we are on holiday ... Quiet until 9.30 would be nice. No electricity for one day. Summary- For the price you get a small room, no basic practical comforts, so a very expensive hotel, for about the same price I wish I stayed over the river or North of the city. If you have recently just served a jail sentance then stay here, it's a slight upgrade so you should be happy....ish

Nice hotel in a rundown area
Hotel is clean, staff are helpful, breakfast is good and open till 11am. Pool is very busy and gym is tiny (3 people is bursting point). It's near public transport, but the area is full of undesirable characters..... but generally there is a lot of police around, so should you get in trouble, just shout really loudly. Not an area you want to walk around at night.
