comfortable, welcoming, feel at home”
Always pleasant, i've stayed at a few Rezidor Hotels, Park Plaza Westminster in London, Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa also at The Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire Hotel, London, Park Inn by Radisson Cape Town Foreshore in South Africa and now recently in Madrid and I must say all the hotels in the group i have stayed at are out of this world.
We loved our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, the staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are lovely, very modern and clean and our kids loved the pool. The bar in the plaza outside was fantastic, the staff were lovely and made our kids feel very welcome which is not very common in some international hotels. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families.
The stay was perfect. It was minutes walk between Prado Museum as well as the main shopping streets. Lots of food around the area, as well as a nice cooking school to learn the culture of Spanish dishes. Definitely value for money for the stay there in Radisson Blu.
Beautiful hotel, enjoy every moment. Beds you never want to leave, gorgeous rooms and the staff could not be more helpful. Have stayed here several times and will be back. Fabulous location with cafes and bars a either right on the doorstep or a short walk. The amazing Museo del Prado and Reina Sofia so close you can touch them.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, and very quiet.”
Very easy walking distance to Madrid's major museums and train station, Atocha. Literally, it's across the street from the Prado. Very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has four parking spaces on the side street, so if you need one, reserve early. Solid value for the money. HMS

Great location and very quiet rooms”
The hotel is posh and stilish. It is quite close to the metro station, The hotel is just in front of the Prado and it is a perfect choice for people visiting it.
Excellent location, great comfort modern amenities”
Excellent location, modern amenities in an old charming building at the heart of historical Madrid with walking distance to all major attractions (Museums, Shopping and dining). Great Staff and a nice terrace just outside the hotel with correct food
Good Hotel; close to Museums”
This is a nice hotel located within walking distance of Train station and major Art Museums. If you are an Art enthusiast and want to be within walking distance of the Prado and the Sofia Reina, this is a nice choice. Good clean rooms (love the bathroom), nice and helpful staff. The only piff is that if you are taking the breakfast, it will cost you 21 euros. My suggestion, DON'T. I'm sure it has a fabulous spread but you can get very good food at a fraction of the price at cafes just outside the hotel. I paid only 5 euros for a very decent one every morning.
Great location to Prado Museum and Atocha railroad”
Great location to explore Madrid, especially the Prado and Palace Real. Convenient when arriving by rail to and from the airport as Atocha railway station is relatively close by. Rooms well furnished and large.
Clean and new rooms”
Clean and new rooms . The location is excellent close to the Prado hop on hop off bus .Easily walkable to plaza Mayor .
Reasonable Hotel in a good location”
this hotel did not meet our expectations as compared to our previous experience of staying in other radisson blu hotels. a positive point regarding the hotel is its good location. rooms are large but the decor was not pleasant. the breakfast thet we ordered in the room was poor. location is good and several tourist attractions are nearby and can be reached by walking.
Good complimentary coffee”
We enjoy our stay here. They are accommodating and helpful. The location is good for those who wants to visit the Prado Museum. Clean room and nice design of the room.
great location, nice hotel”
Very nice and clean hotel, with a great location, friendly staff. Rooms are nicely funished, with comfy bed, comfortable bedding. We did not pay for breakfast, but right next door there is a bar, where you can get great food. In fact the district is full of bars and nice restaurants, so it is easy to get good food. Hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful.
Stylish, Central, comfortable, Nespresso”
Very efficient, friendly staff. Well equipped room with Nespresso machine (capsule replacement daily), modern, clean bathroom. This hotel is only 2 years old, in a converted old building. All the attractions are at the front door and in walking distance, great Restaurants and Tapas Bars right outside. Absolutely recommend
excellent hotel and location. suggest to avoid meals at the hotel as they are over-priced and not very good quality. Many options around the hotel for eats.

Excellent location, room pretty basic, overpriced”
Perfect if you're looking for a nice hotel in the middle of Madrid. Just walk out and you're in the middle of everything. The hotel was pretty overpriced though. The room was very small and with no view (well a blind wall that is) from the windows. I heard that they reserve these rooms especially for Agoda-guests.
excellent location but a bit expensive”
found the whole hotel rather dark and the tainted glass round computor area very disconcerting, walked into them a few times.En suite Bathroom window locked closed, pillows and throw on bed had to be removed every night but not any where convienent to put them. the bin under table was awkward to get at, as chair in way, would be better if chairs were swopped over as it is a smallish duoble room
Short stay in Madrid”
This hotel is located in city centre with restaurants nearby. A bit over priced and room size is small. TV channels are limited with mostly news channel. No movie channels at all. No English channels except CNN, BBC and other sports channels ; rest are spanish .

Modern little gem of a hotel. Great bathroom! Superb location. Only tiny letdown for me was the size.... It was so small. In saying that I'd definitely recommend and stay there again!!!
More like a boutique hotel”
Can't check in early but was offered an upgrade and breakfast for a reasonable price. Modern interiors and location quite ideal for tourists. Really liked the fresh juices at breakfast and the relative peace and quite at breakfast.
