Nice place near all the attractions in Malmo, near to Malmo Central Train station. We came here direct from Copenhagen airport. Room is spacious, good facilities, including iron and ironing board. Near LIDL for quick grocery shopping and money changer. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel

Near to malmo central train station (10 mins walking distance. Near to attractions( lilla torg, stratorget, 15-20 mins walking to turning torso, near to LIDL supermarket, walking distance to halal sharwarma king fast food.Check in staff ( Manal) very polite, attentive and helpful towards the check in process. Great hotel with such a good price.

Nice hotel centrally located ”
When we were looking for a hotel un the Malmö area this was one of the cheapest that popped up with parking and breakfast included. We were happy with the choice. The waterboiler in the room (506) didn't work but the reception brought a replacement after we called about it. Breakfast was nice.

Stayed for two nights. It’s an old hotel but very well maintained. Everything is big and very luxurious. While it’s not modern looking, it’s very nice and clean and grandiose. Top quality and service. Very quiet and private. Great food and service. Well recommended.

Not impressed with this hotel. Whilst the location is very good, the attitude of staff and the level of service leaves a lot to be desired. When I arrived at the hotel there was a power cut. Although not the hotel's fault, it was ridiculous that they have no back-up plan and had no contingency to make alternative arrangements for guests. The lifts were not working, there were no torches available, I had to use the light on my phone but I had little power left after travelling all day and had anticpated being able to recharge it in my room. I was not able to use my computer to work, nor watch TV, access the internet, even read. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience but this was not forthcoming. I tried to speak to a manager on two occasions but there was apparently none on duty. Very unprofessional for the Manager to disappear when there was a crisis and leave it to junior staff to deal with. Not impressed at all and the hotel won't have my custom on my next visit to Malmo.

Value for money”
Main reason I stayed here was the exorbitant hotel prices in Copenhagen at 3x to 5x what I can get in Malmo just pushes me to Stay in Malmo. On Jun 19th 2019, not sure why but almost all hotels were fully booked thus even zero star hotels cost an arm and leg. Prices in Malmo was a steal and open future possibilities to me to explore staying in Malmo rather than Copenhagen for business or leisure if one is looking to save big time during peak seasons. The train between Copenhagen and Malmo are frequent and easy. Was told the train ticket going into Copenhagen could be used to board buses, etc for 24 hours or so - stretch your travel dollar but was too afraid to test it. Shopping in Malmo is relatively cheaper too.

Faultless Delivery of Service”
I do not think I have EVER rated a hotel with all 5 stars. Maybe I just had a good path. The only negative was the strict 2pm checkin (I arrives at 8:30am) but you can leave you bags with the hotel and explore the city....so that actually forced me to do that and it was great. Malmo is a great place, friendly people and plenty of ways to amuse yourself, especially if you want to shop or sit in a cafe, go for a bike ride (rental bikes), etc. The hotel staff were exceptional (again, maybe just my luck) but when I go back, this will be a place that will have to be in my top 3. Easy walk from Central Station or a bus (if you know which one) or taxi (3 min).

It's obvious from the moment you enter the foyer that they are serious about making your stay perfect. Their aggressive pricing means excellent value in the largest hotel room (42m2) that I have ever seen. Location is perfect being 600m from Central station. Staff are friendly and very professional. Breakfast was fabulous. This is now our "go to" place for Malmo!

Let's start with the bad notes first. - On check in, they didn't tell us when check out time was - What time breakfast started - The Hotel didn't read our request, so we got 2 single beds instead of one large. So after getting our room, we needed to call the Lobby to get a new room. - The toilet paper, was the very cheep bad quality kind of toilet paper The Good - Very good and large breakfast - Big rooms - Free bikes - Quiet rooms
