                Very clean and great service
                The room is so clean and the staff are providing great service to the customer. The hotel facilities are just so perfect & security is really good to keep you stay safe in the hotel. There are free shuttle provided to Mandela Square nearby for each half an hour.

                No one offered to help with my bags ever, no one showed me to my room, no room service menu in my room, tv not working properly, bad coffee all round.

                Bad service
                I arrived at 11 after telling the hotel. When I got there in the evening they told me they didn’t have a room for me. I had booked and pain in advance. And called twice to let them know I was coming at 11pm. They made me wait till after midnight. It was horrible after 23 hours of traveling. Didn’t get a refund or any kind of sorry.

                awesome gym included for free (with 25m pool)
                Excellent bed, excellent breakfast. The Platinum Fitness gym is included for free. Rooms are a little outdated for a Rad blu, but the facilities/service make up for this.

                Very good
                We ordered food and drinks and the food came but wine never came until we finish eating so I had to go for the wine myself which was disappointing. The staff were good but you could see they busy, out numbered by guests.

                If you are looking for 5 Star this hotel isn't it!
                Sadly the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sandton really didn't live up to any expectation. This is a upper end 3 star, 4 star at best! From check in, the staff aren't particularly warm and friendly - you are just a number and don't at all feel like a guest. The rooms are adequate and a decent size but nothing to get excited about. Bathrooms are clean however feels rather cheap. Relaxing drinks on the pool deck are a waste of time, staff are few and far between, not attentive and not trained in customer service. Pool deck furniture are tatty - rattan tables and chairs are fraying and have seen better days. The upside - breakfast is good with a good selection and the Concierge on the ground floor is very helpful.

                Great location, ok hotel.
                A few issues like damaged furniture, elevator not working between room and pool deck dampened the experience a little bit. Had to wear shower cap while using the pool. No bathrobes / gowns. In my opinion far away from a five star experience but great location and nice overall stay. I would recommend the hotel rather to business travelers than overseas tourists who like to get pampered and seek relaxation.
