A very good choice!”
Friendly staff that were thoughtful and helpful and would ask if we needed anything. Amazing breakfast each morning served continental style but with hot food available and a lot of choices. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. The location was perfect for covering the different sights around Dublin. It was a good central location. Communication with the hotel was very good as I sent a couple of emails with questions/confirmation and they were prompt in their response. You can’t go wrong with staying here!

Really lovely hotel friendly staff spacious rooms ”
Everywhere was spotless rooms were fabulous and a great selection of tea. Coffee the room was lovely and warm on a cold day had both a bath and a shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a really nice bar area to relax and the restaurant was first class. Overall we had a lovely stay. It was my first time in this hotel and I will definitely be back I have stayed in other hotels in the city this one is more than a match for any of them If there was one fly in the ointment it is the fact that it cost 15 Euro to park

great location - good serevice”
we booked in the hotel actually because i only started looking at hotels one week before and the prices for other hotels seemed to be both huge and not available. but we got a good deal and it seemed to be close to town. i really was pleasantly surprised - you can walk to grafton street in 5 minutes and to st. stephen's green. in fact we did a loop in the afternoon up grafton, past trinity and temple bar and back to the hotel. the check-in was nice and fast with good service from the staff who booked us a quick taxi to the airport and gave us tips on where to go. would definitely return.

Room mix-up: Quirky but memorable”
We reserved a "Balcony Suite" but got a room with no balcony. Much to our surprise, the "room" was actually a suite of 5 rooms! The layout of the suite was odd though. The main door opened to a small hallway with three more closed metal doors: one for bedroom and bathroom, one for another bathroom, and another that led to a dining area and living room. Each were beautiful, but the closed metal doors made it feel like completely-isolated rooms rather than a connected suite. The gorgeous and comfortable living room was our favorite as it even had a view of St Patrick's cathedral. So in the end, we did not miss having a balcony. The lobby was under construction, so we avoided most of the hotel facilities.

Perfect location ”
This hotel is in a quiet part of the city away from the main drag, yet it is the perfect location. Within very easy walking distance to all the main attractions. We stayed in a business class room, a great size, plenty of space. Room was made up every morning and turned down every evening, with complimentary water, newspaper and chocolate at bedtime. I would stay here again

Would recommend n would stay again. The hotel n service was good. We had a Networking session in the hotel n the food, service and place was great. The team was readily available to assist. While we had dinner n drinks at the hotel the bar tender was friendly n offered tips on how to get some booze during easter Sunday. The staff was helpful n always alert to our needs. We were also intro to club Carlson which I tot was helpful.

Overall very pleasant. The hotel is modern, with a big lobby and bar. Location couldn't be better. Very close to Temple Bar with all its pubs and restaurants will be reached within 5 min walk.

Could have used more information about the hotel in written form - access to work out facilities, for example. Housekeeping staff seems dedicated to reuse of towels - even when we left them on the floor to be replaced.

Reception not faciliate hotel guest”
We have a meeting in an early morning. My driver has arrived early and told the reception that he will wait for us in front of the hotel. Unfortunate, we were late because the reception did not tell us when we check out that the driver has arrived. We were late for the meeting because of wasting the time for waiting at the lobby in front of that reception.

The chose of breakfast was good nice selection and the service was excellent, we were disappointed that the cooked breakfast was cold and some was tepid. the second morning the food was slightly hotter but nowhere as hot as it should of been. This was the only let down of the whole weekend. ~We had a evening meal that was lovely and very hot.

Great New Year ”
We had a lovely stay for my Boyfriends 30th Birthday / New Year . We upgraded to business class which was worth it for the breakfast alone . The staff were very friendly and so helpful . They even left a birthday treat in the Room while we were out for lunch .
