4th time staying in this property and still one of the good business hotels in Brunei. The location is in city center but not close with any restaurants or shopping mall. However, a good 20 mins walk you would be the nearest shopping mall. Room is bright and clean, good size for a solo or couple. Decent size bathroom/toilet, but it can be cold inside because the bathroom door is not fully concealed. Water pressure is good, hot cold water can be adjusted easily. I have problem with the aircon during my stay, but the maintenance staff came quickly to solve it. Fantastic service from the staff, especially a lady in the restaurant (sorry forgotten to get her name). I have little problem with the food that I ordered but this lady solve it promptly and professionally. A good business hotel if you don't mind the exact location.

One of the best hotels in Bandar ”
Older but remains a quality 4* hotel in the city. About 5-10mins walk to waterfront. Staff are friendly, the buffet breakfast has enough selection to satisfy asian or foreign tastes. The restaurants especially the Indian Riwar is very good (our Indian friend approved the authenticity). The pool is small but well kept and kids enjoyed it. Room is spacious, very clean and quality furnishings. Would recommend for families and business travellers alike.

The Radisson Hotel Brunei is the only international chain hotel. Located within walking distance to lots of places of interest, such as the Regalia Museum, the Brunei History Museum, the Yayasan shopping center, the Kampong Ayer, and most importantly night market with great food just across the street. The hotel provides FREE shuttle service to various shopping centers 3 times a day. The most recommended is Gadong where you have the largest shopping mall in Brunei as well as the well-known Gadong night market where you can find and try all kinds of Bruneian foods, the best! The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center with up-to-date equipment, toilet, showers, and connected to the swimming pool. No attendants available. The breakfast has tasty food, albeit not enough variety and not enough vegetables. Service is friendly and helpful. At the lobby there is a souvenier shop. And a water dispenser so that you can keep refilling your water bottle. Last but most importantly, even though the bed is queen sized, but really comfortable and gives us well-rested sleep. Our room was facing the small forest at the back, so no noise from the street. Housekeeping does a great job at cleaning the room.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Hotel. The doorman greeted us with a smile, the reception spoke fluent Bahasa & English and they were so friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, a nice hot shower, toiletries, working air-conditioning, house slippers, blackout curtains, a water dispenser at the elevator. Location : 20 minutes drive from the airport on DART cab ($11.50). Location is really good. The Museum is opposite the hotel, costs $5, and though small, could occupy an hour of your time. About 10-15minutes walk and you'll reach the waterfront, you'll find Pizza Hut, Gong Cha, Coffee Bean, Nasi Katok etc. I recommend the sushi restaurant 'Kaizen Sushi' and for coffee "Rustique by Absolute". It was a nice cloudy day so we walked to 'Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque' to enjoy the view. At the waterfront, you can take a small boat to Kampong Ayer. Previous reviews did mention that Radisson Hotel seemed a little dated, I do agree that it can appear a little dated with the furniture & the table paint peeling at the side, they even had what looked like a DVD player, HOWEVER! I had a warm nostalgic feeling staying here. The friendliness of the doorsmen & reception staff, the grand piano at the lobby, it all reminded me of a time where hotels really took pride in providing quality service for guests. They provided travel sized toiletries with "Radisson" printed on them and that's one thing you don't see in hotels much often these days (hotels nowadays put shampoo in big tubes bolted to the wall). Boutique hotels nowadays feel a little too "check in, check out" and new modern 4-5 star hotels can feel posh but very impersonal, here at the Radisson, I felt truly taken care of.

This hotel is in a good location just 5 mins drive from restaurants in the town and Yayasan Haji Complex near the Waterfront where it houses a large Hua Ho Dept Store & Supermarket. However, will advice to get a car as it can be abit of a walk to get food. The rooms were clean, they accepted our request for a quiet room & gave us one at the end of the corridor. The bed was very comfortable. However, there was some noise as it was facing the main road so its best to ask for pool facing room & higher floor. We paid rm100+ for the optional breakfast for 2 pax but felt rather disappointed as we had presumed it would be a buffet. However, they only served set breakfast where we could only choose 1 item from each category: bread, eggs, meat (ham/sausage), vege and a choice drink of either coffee/tea or juice. We were told that buffet will only be served on weekends. The breakfast was an adequate size portion for 1 adult, but in our opinion not value for the amount paid. The swimming pool was an adequate size, neither too large or small. Facilities were overall clean, modern and staff were helpful but not overly friendly. We will choose to stay here again for its location.
