      I had a confirmed and paid for booking and there was no room available when I arrived. I was considerably inconvenienced, I had specifically chosen the hotel because of the function I had nearby in Rosebank. I had to change in a public toilet on the ground floor because of this and got relocated to another hotel, the room of which was on the noisy side of a busy street. I just could not understand the incompetence on this booking.

      The hotel is very smart. Didn't enjoy the breakfast has they only had pork sausages, bacon and eggs on offer for main meals and for veggies it was Hashbrowns and spinach. Didn't cater for halaal guests. Or even vegetarian much.
