We found this resort to be a very pleasant surprise!! Our guest check in host Rian was so professional and made sure we had everything we needed! Rooms were very clean and comfortable, lobby, restaurant , bar and pools were amazing! We will def be back!!

We stayed here last minute and were very happy with the place. It's a bit dated as far as the rooms and old carpet but the huge pool and water slide and pool bar more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again

We had fun. Pools are great. Loved the DJ and pool bar. However, rooms are a bit rundown. Lots of remodeling needed.

Great price, pool Is awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great for all tourist attractions. No complaints, other than a little dated and could use some TLC in areas. But still worth the price

Thr location is ok, hotel doesn't have good lighting for customers to use at night I had a call the front office multiple time about the back area being dark and unable to see. The staff wouldn't answer the phone when you call unless it was late at night. The phone would just ring. The sheets and blankets was not clean and had sperm stains on it. The bar had overpriced water down drinks not worth it.

Only real negative was the shuttle service to Universal. It was terrible. Disorganized, late running, inconvenient times, and worst of all the bus smelled terrible. Resort pool, gym, bar, price, staff, and location were all great!

After paying for the room online, or so we thought. Upon checking in we were charged an additional $140.76 with a $50 amount to be a refund after checkout. Nothing was ever mentioned upon making the reservation about any additional charge of near $100 extra. Won’t ever stay here again!!

Great value. If you’re looking for nice pool and front lobby, they have it. The rooms are under a much needed renovation. The room was a regular 2-bed hotel room.

I can see the renovation coming along. It’s going to be a nice facility. Unfortunately,, the first night we did not have hot water. The beds could be more comfortable.
