Was a lovely hotel which definitely showed through its decor in the rooms! Absolutely Stunning!”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there as the room and breakfast was wonderful! The only things i didn't quiet like or would of preferred a bit better is the lighting and spa facilities. It was very dark in the room and the spa, in terms of space size for swimming pool, sauna and steam room was very small, apart from that everything was spot on.
Somebody entered the room in the middle of the night without authorization - unacceptable ”
Somebody entered my room in the middle of the night and I had to chase them away... unreal and unacceptable as I shouted at them to chase the intruder away.... so horel not secure and therefore scoot recommend ...!!!
Great place! Spacious room. Tube commuting a bit complicated.”
Spacious room and confortable bed helpful staff, super-super clean. Facilities and SPA are a great Plus. It’s inconvenient to commute to tube, even with a free shuttle which leave every 30min. Overall good value for money. I’d go back.
Comfortable, helpful staff, quirky designed hotel”
Me and my better half stayed here for a total of 2 nights. We were provided with an early check in which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is a lovely design and is situated next to the heliport however you can not hear a whisper throughout the day and night and the rooms boast space and elegance. The only down side about this hotel is the ability to access which results in a taxi or bus to and from as their is no near tube or train stations. As it is situated just over the bridge from Chelsea it is exceptional to pick the right day and wander the streets. When taking a taxi from the hotel this is not run off the meter and is a made up amount to the drivers discretion which worked in their favour several times be careful we were ripped off several times by hotel taxi drivers being told 10 pound by reception then charged 25 pound. Otherwise comfortable stay i would suggest ordering taxis from different companies.
Really nice unusual hotel, friendly staff”
Ben was very helpful at the front desk, very accommodating - the gym and spa is very nice, the layout of the hotel is a little quirky but you soon get used to it and its a nice place, overall I was very happy with our stay here
not worth money!!! And thanks to Agoda for misguiding customer. We book holiday for 2 adults and 3 kids (12, 8 n 8 yrs) and we were provided with one double bed and an additional cot to fit 5 people in a room. Once again not worth money this hotel.
Lovely location.. beautiful view.. gorgeous room”
The room was stunning.. spacious, clean and maintained to a very high standard.. the bathroom was lovely and fresh. The shower amazing. Had a lovely nights stay .. felt refreshed and relaxed. The downside was the mini bar was a bit pricey
FANTASTIC HOTEL AND STAFF”
I stayed at Rafayel Hotel and Spa with my partner and 2 children, it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful, helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble with our many requests. The room was amazing and the hotel is perfectly situated in Battersea to go to the Natural History Museum , Waterloo and many other locations/attractions. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Clapham Junction and is very informative on navigating round London. We loved it so much we stayed another night and will definitely go again. The food was delicious also, we had room service with the most divine steaks and had Eggs benedict for breakfast - all round it is a fabulous hotel in a fabulous location.
I loved the hotel, and the spa facilities were wonderful. Room was beautiful and meticulously cleaned by lovel staff. Only drawback was location. Taxi to and from daily was extremely expensive depending on travel time.
Really relaxing , amazing spa and gym”
All the staff were very friendly , very good value for money and we loved the restaurant along the Thames. The prices were as excepted but not a rip off!
Hotel Rafayel is beautiful. Set on the banks of the river Thames not far from Clapham Common...A bit far out from rail and tube stations but they have free shuttle service. Staff are generally really helpful , rooms are beautiful- spacious and well equipped. My only criticism would be that the reception staff are always very rude about the shuttle service. If they offer it it should be with good grace or don’t bother!! Shuttle drivers are lovely- extremely friendly and courteous. Ben one of the managers is outstanding. Would definitely recommend it and return to it.
Amazing and spacious rooms”
We loved this hotel. It's as good as any we've ever stayed in and at a price which, for London, was very reasonable. The opulence of the lobby may not be to everyone's taste but the rooms are huge, modern and luxurious without being over the top. Only wish we'd stayed more than one night
Arrived at the hotel and greeted by lovely helpful staff, option to help carry luggage to our room. The room was beautiful, very clean throughout spa looked lovely but didn't have a chance to go there. Free shuttle to the station Perfect weekend!
Convenient location but not so safe”
Overall clean and convenient to go around London, but one thing I'm so unhappy about is the safety. I put the chocolate snakes I bought for souvenirs in the closet. A night before I left, I realized one was missing. I checked everywhere in the room and I couldn't find it. Who has access to my room? Only people from hotel especially from house keeping. I didn't complain to the hotel coz the chocolate snack was less than $1 but I felt unsafe and was wondering what if something else more valuable would have gone or been stolen. I don't think I'll ever stay in this hotel again due to that incident.
Took my partner away for his birthday. Really nice. Stayed in the superior double with a river view.”
Large room, good bathroom facilities. Staff decorated the room with petals and gave us complimentary chocolates. Beautiful view of the river thames and the helipad from my room. Great spa facilities. Jacuzzi, wave pool, steam room and sauna, also had a couples massage. Beds are lovely and soft. The shower in the bathroom is amazing. They do give you towels and slippers. They staff are friendly and approachable. Seemed like you would have to travel quite a bit to find any bars and restaurants as there was only a car show room and a petd at home within walking distance of the hotel. This was no problem for me as i wanted to spend the night indoors with a take away. There were a few minor cons couldn't get access to my car without being escorted to the car park. I think £15 for 24 hours parking is pretty steep especially since I am staying in the hotel. I think they should introduce some sort of concession for hotel guests. All in all enjoyable stay would definitely go again!
Was here for an event at the Battersea Evolution. Could walk there in 20 mins or easily get taxi/uber. Plenty of places around to eat and also has a decent breakfast in associated restaurant. Room was huge. Bathroom was very high quality. Clean, clean, clean. Very happy and would stay here again.
Good value and smart hotel”
We enjoyed this hotel very much. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and modern. Room facilities are good and well-presented. Location is lovely right on the river. Even though it's not that close to the main tourist spots, there is a bus stop at the front door and a train station about 20 minutes walk away. We recommend and would stay there again.
Best hotel so far ”
Me and my partner booked this hotel for a romantic night away, I am Pleased to say this was the best hotel we have been to, the staff where helpful the room was clean and it was really worth every penny. I will be definitely coming back to this hotel later in the future .
