Booked a room for a night for a quick little last minute staycation escape from home. Parking space was abundant for guests driving, staff was friendly. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, no complaints about that. The added portraits of old Kuching was a nice touch of historical knowledge. As for room service, the reception was not clear in communicating and sounded confused on what was I ordering off the menu. The food itself was delicious, portion matches the price. I would definitely come back for another staycation in the future.

Nice places to relax with family. Swimming pool really suitable with my kids to swim and mini playground for kids also available. Spacy parking space. Clean & big room”
Very near to airport, you can walk a little bit to go here. Suits to who want to catch up early flights. Room are clean, staff are helpful. Breakfast is delicious, just standard menu. One thing I want to suggest, this hotel will be the first impressions about Sarawak so I'd like to find Sarawak menu in the cafe. Can put some Laksa Sarawak, Mee Kolok or Nasi Goreng Dabai in the menu next time. Overall is excellent.

Not my first time here and certainly would not be my last. Love the atmosphere. Although it is not smack down in the middle of the town but that is not a problem. Literally walking distance from the airport but there is no issue with the aircraft noise or anything. Will certainly return.

I’ve been staying 4 days at Raia. Have been transferred to Sarawak and staying Raia for few days to look for accommodation. Raia is opposite to airport and is around 30min distance to Kuching. nearby also have malls available. Very accessible location. Room is spacious and very clean. Really worth the price. Would recommend everyone to stay here.

Whats good: 1. The room space is luxury.There’s now way you could have that much of room space with price less than 200 ringgit 2. The windows are freaking huge! 3. Iron, hair dryer provided. And prayer mat too. 4. Can request for late check out with 10 ringgit + perhour Comment: 1. No extra bed and extra pillow provided 2. Water pressure slow. 3. Weekend stay ”
Stayed at the hotel for an event for 3 days and 2 nights. Beautiful and spacious hotel. The room is as well spacious. I like how there are two swimming pools and two playgrounds. Didn’t get to try the food and the breakfast though. Some facilities are not available and not complete yet. Wifi and aircond are good. The staffs are ok but need to be a little more friendly and helpful. It’s in front of Kuching International Airport, few km away from big malls. Overall, it was good new experience at a new hotel.

Near to airport ”
New hotel. Everything still in new condition. Very near to airport. There is a restaurant at hotel so its convenient for us to eat. Service need to improve. Requested for airport pick up and received email confirmation from them but they did not arrange. At the end both of us need to take grab with all of my luggage and young children alone. But hotel did apologize to me and compensate with free breakfast. Actually its walking distance to walk to hotel from airport but, me with 4 luggages and 1 young children so its impossible for me to walk. Overall im happy with my stay at Raia. Definitely i will return again.

Big spaces and sitting room separated the two bedrooms. Actually its a combine of two superior single bed + deluxe queen bed room. Brilliant idea by the management. Awkwardly we have two pantries. That's the opposite of it.
