Amazing Experience!!!”
This was my first ever trip to Krabi and choosing to stay at Railay Great View Resort in Krabi was probably one of the best opportunities. Previously, I visited to Nusa Penida, Bali, Indonesia back in April, 2019 and Krabi was good enough to have me recall my memories back where Railay Great View Resort played a vital role along with their really helpful and jolly staffs. The rooms were really comfortable, coming with stunning view and ambient interior, one can always be connected to the nature. The amenities that were mentioned were well provided and there was no compromising mentality from the hotel authority. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. There were enough items to match top-notch facility and we loved every bit of it. However, the in house restaurant offers a great number of foods, but the only drawback is their pricing is comparative to the restaurants outside. I would love to visit them again.

Absolutely gorgeous resort! We loved our time here and wished that we could have stayed longer. Our room was very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. We enjoyed our coffee out on the patio every morning while watching the monkeys snack away in the trees. A very steep climb up the hill to the rooms but once you're at the top you are totally secluded from the hustle bustle of the main Railay area. We didn't mind the long tail boat sounds but if it bothers you the resort provides ear plugs. The pool is gorgeous and the views from the pool are stunning. We ordered drinks around the pool and the service was fantastic. It's only about a 10-15 min walk from the rubber bridge. Overall we were very pleased with this resort and would for sure come back.

This resort is a perfect getaway. It is located on the quiet part of the area. The bungalows are cozy and clean. The staff is very personable and does their best to please. The breakfast omelettes were fantastic, and the dinners were as fancy as some at gourmet restaurants. The infinity pool has a beautiful view. We enjoyed exploring the beaches and rock formations. Be sure to visit Diamond Cave! The ocean water is clear. We felt like our bungalow was a tree house with its lush view. My only disappointment was with the check-in/check out staff. We had great difficulty communicating.

I and my mom was luckiest to stay with hotel. The room are so cleaness, full of relax facility (warm water), great view from room. The breakfast is delicious and various suitable choice. The dinner is suitable (not expensive). The swimming pool is so cleaness and having good shower area. The most important is service that is very good, the staffs of all area are so helpful, kindness and service mind. They were taking of my mom very well.

We loved this resort, clean rooms, great and very friendly staff, great breakfast, the pool was big enough to never really be crowded . you can walk to the Railay beach in 15 min, there is a nice a paved path that allowed us to walk with a stroller. The only downside to this resort was the sound of the tailboats coming and leaving (all the time) which ruined the experience of being away from everything inside the jungle. But it dose not change the fact that I would recommend this place in a heartbeat

A little heaven”
We've just spent 3 nights there and our stay was sooo nice. Our bungalow has a direct view on the sea, perfect place for the sunrise. Bed was really good quality, bathroom is really clean with a direct view on the sea as well. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was huge with a large range of food. There is a walking path to railay village which is really easy to walk. If you want to stay in a beautiful place among nature, this is the place in Railay. We loved it.

Highly recommended place to chill out away from the crowds. It’s a bit of a walk compared to other places but we actually enjoyed the walk along the waters edge. The rooms are scattered up the hillside amongst lush jungle, some with views. It’s pretty amazing to sit on your own balcony and watch the super cute Dusky monkeys jump between trees. Kids loved it and the pool! Cocktails by the pool for the parents! Rooms (and bathroom) are beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only con about this place (which we didn’t think was a major problem) is that you need to be prepared to walk up and down lots of steps because the whole resort is located on a hillside. The staff carry your luggage to your room which is a bonus. Overall a very memorable place to stay. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely stunning villas and location. We saw lots wild gibbons and beautiful butterflies from our hut! I’ve stayed here twice before and they didn’t sell alcohol those times, but now have a really cool bar where you can sit back and relax and enjoy a drink or two!!! The only con is that to have this idyllic setting and feel at one with nature away from the resorts, you need to walk about 20 mins to the other beaches, bars and restaurants. It doesn’t bother me as I enjoy the walk, but can imagine it would be too much for some people, especially in the heat! My BF got blisters on his feet from his flip flops and really started to struggle 3rd day in. For the price I think the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully finished and good value for money. The infinity pool is great too again from the poolside we saw many gibbons in the treetops above!

The place is fantastic! You need to be aware that there is constant noise from the longtail boats going around the land tip where the hotel is located. But we got used to it pretty quickly and it did not disturb us. In all other aspects, the place is perfect: 15 min walk to Railay village, enough to be away from the crowds. Surrounded by nature. Friendly staff, good restaurant. Hammocks by a little private beach, a beautiful pool, and nice huts with incredible view. And clean.

Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. Staff are all friendly and happy, restaurant food is great, breakfast is realy good too. The room was cleaned every day, the bed and pillows comfortable and gorgeous views from the balcony (full sea view bungalow). Only downside is the constant noise from the boats but that would be a problem at all the resorts along there. Minor issue was lack of privacy on the balcony where everyone in the pool looks onto which could easily be fixed with a plant or something.

My partner and myself stayed here March 2020. We had a boat from Ao Nang and arrived on west beach, it is a 10 minute walk from west side to reach this property situated on the East Side of Railay but oh so worth it. This is a peaceful haven with stunning views, the Bungalows are clean, spacious with a lovely balcony. Staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was really nice. It would not suit someone who has mobility problems as a the paths are steep and uneven. I would definitely stay here again

Wow! What an amazing resort this is! It has fantastic and modern amenities, very comfy bed, superb bathroom, safe, table and chairs and a day bed too. The balcony is big with table and chairs and plenty of space for yoga if you're into it. The apartment was truly amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in our package and every day there was something different which is brilliant considering it was a buffet. One part of the private beach at the resort is perfect for watching the sunrise and there is another private beach with swings, hammocks and sandy beach. The resort is approx. 20mins stroll to the main street, which leads to the West coast from where you can get a long tail boat back to the main land. We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend this resort to all.

Lovely location ”
A beautiful hotel with great rooms, great food and really friendly staff. It is located on the quieter side of Railay so perfect for a relaxing break and the surroundings are awesome. Really impressed with the room and cleanliness was paramount to the staff as they were constantly working to maintain the resort. Truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend to friends and would love to return myself sometime!!

This is a fantastic hotel with a great breakfast and beautiful pool. The room was super clean and the bathroom was huge. The walk to Railay beach is along the sea, flat and is really easy. I was there in low season but the sound of the boats was unrelenting. They arrive all through the night and non-stop throughout the day. The hotel has great balconies, but any chance to enjoy nature is completely ruined by the constant loud noise - even at 2am.

Fantastic romantic place ”
This is a really lovely romantic place to stay. There's infinity pool, 2 small private beaches. Food is fantastic, breakfast and room service dishes too. It is located at the very end of Railay settlement. Next to it is only forrest. Bungalow is really spacious, so is your private terrace and bathroom. This is most likely the best place to stay in Railay if you prefer privacy and quietness. One think to bear in mind is the fact that some units are quite a steep uphil walk away. The resort is about 20-30 min walk away from railay east village, however resort offers free ferry to east village 3 times a day at set times. Advice: buy alcohol at mainland, as at railay, the small local shops charge double what would you pay at 7 11 in ao nang. Book this place, it's fantastic and the price is good.

The room is big , clean , comfortable, face to the ocean . You can see the ocean from your bed and from your bathroom too. The swimming pool is located front of beach. Breakfast is ok but not different from the others.The restaurant has nice view. There are many ants at the balcony. There are boat service take you to the hotel from aow nam mao . The Staff is nice

Bungalow was amazing. I would stay here 2 weeks if I could. Asked for quiet room and the request was honored, granted the resort is on a hill so it was quite the hike to the room but we are fit and didn't mind at all. Very private room and balcony with a partial ocean view. The Sea breeze each night discouraged insects. Pool was gorgeous, only issue was the enthusiasm the kids at the pool displayed. We chose chairs on the bottom deck for the shade. If you don't want to be splashed by enthusiastic children, get there early and choose the chairs nearest the balcony. View was amazing and you don't get splashed from behind. Our favorite place we stayed while at Ao Nang. We will come again!

Luxury jungle hut”
I loved the room, the view and distance away from other hotels, the pool, breakfast, and accommodating staff. All but one thing make this place perfect. You may read other reviews that mention the noise from long boats that go on all night. This is no joke. It is constant throughout the night and less but steady during the day. This has nothing to do with the hotel other than the location near the pier used for shipping everything in and out of Railay. I think some get used to the noise but it kept me up during my one night stay. I still give high marks for everything else. The walk to the beach is 20-30 minutes. Shout out to the egg station lady at breakfast for making perfect fried eggs.

Incredible value, great holidays”
This was as good as on the photos and the room had incredible views and privacy, the bathtub and bathroom were really nice and we slept well. Throw in a buffet breakfast and we almost felt guilty we were paying so little. It is at the end of the beach road, but this means it is very quiet and private and you are only 150m from the first restaurant and bar on the water, which happens to be one of the best on the whole beach anyway (wood oven pizza !) Can't wait to come back.
