hotel good but canteen rate so high”
Rain drop is good hotel but their canteen is not good due to so high price. four slice bread, three porota and some are potato as well as tea almost 450 rupees, how? I want to normal water but they supplied soda water and 5 half litre bottle price is 360 rupees. also lunch and dinner are so much high. I was two nights there and eight nights other good hotel. I am coming again on first week of October.

Location wise very good. But not upto the mark mgt capabilities. They have adequate resources, but lack of managerial capacities and efficient human resources.

- Reception and Dining room staff were unprofessional. - Room was fine. Not an upgraded room. Furniture looks older. - Dining room was ordinary and the breakfast was below par. - House keeping staff and room service was good.

Some problems”
The room was find, the dining room excellent.
There were some serious problems with the booking. We had booked a car to pick up us at the airport at 2 a.m., while the option to check this was there the hotel does not offer this service leaving us at the mercy of the airport taxis who demanded at least 6 times the standard prepaid rate but the prepaid office was closed. We had several back and forth emails confirming our reservation in the days before but at the hotel they told us they no longer dealt with Agoda and we had to pay directly to them -- this is at for in the morning after a hellish ride in with a taxi driver who could not find the hotel, which is badly signed. the price for the room seemed more than we had arranged for in the booking. We were not amused. the hotel is a little out of the way. there is not much within walking distance.It is billed as a business hotel but has no internet, well it has but it was not working. I've booked a lot of places through Agoda. And while the room and the hotel were better than expected and the executive chef of the restaurant was a prince. I was not happy with the booking and wonder why Agoda still advertises it if the hotel says it does not book with them.
