A real treasure. Cool environs under a jungle canopy with several cabin rooms down from office & restaurant. The restaurant cook produces wonderful regional selections, worth the trip by itself. Friendly and accommodating staff complete the picture of a delightful place to stay.

Pro Good Base for rafting and Khao Kho. Nice view and nice room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Con Breakfast needs to be improved. It is buffet type but not enough.

no choice of breakfast, room is too small”
bath room is big but bedroom is too small. we have to carry our luggage down from lobby to room. Breakfast was no choice, they had only green curry , spicy salad and omelette it is too spicy in the morning. location is good , next to the river but car park is not good for parking overnight some fruit fall down to our car.

Just by the river”
The best part of this hotel is it's location and general atomsphere. Event a few colourful bird flew around inside. Food is ok. Their English was adequate but limited. We had book a double bed but give twin beds with an explanation . The rafting activity they organized was good but did answer the question about camera and filming. So we missed out on recording memories of the river which had birds in trees. So do go and see the area it is worth seeing.

Comfy room with wonderful garden”
We had a nice time in River front suite at Rain Forest Resort. The atmosphere was really nice. The green garden was surrounded us and we felt really close to the nature. It's so relaxing. The location was just next to the Fall (walkable distance). We had dinner in our room and it was excellent. Vegetables were from their own garden (so fresh and crispy). The breakfast was limited but it's yummy. Only one thing you should be worried was mosquito and insects.

Nice rain forest, beautiful room, basic breakfast”
It's a relaxing place to be, room with full facilitates, in rain forest. Hotel guide in English provide a lot of nearby travel info, one of the hotel staffs speaks good English. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel, food is tasty. Breakfast is very basic though. The hotel seems really promotes healthy, organic and green living, that is why we choose to stay however we found hotel is keeping 4 parrows in a (big) cage; hotel serves drinks with plastic straws; and food menu has full page of deep fry options, that I found not really in line with the concept they are selling.

Very relaxing and beautiful Resort”
very beautiful resort, the rooms are a little bit dark but the hotel itself is perfectly integrated into the forest. you can relax at the small river and simply enjoy the natural environment. the restaurant is of excellent quality and the food just delicious. we will come back soon. this hotel is a must for everybody who wants to have peaceful and relaxing stay far away of any bustle.

Ecotourism”
The resort is set in a lush green forest surrounded by huge trees, a roaring river and beautiful plants and rocks. I like that it stands for preserving the forest environment and is self-sustaining. The room was somewhat old and slightly musty smelling but the view from the verandah was amazing. Breakfast was okay. Definitely worth the experience!

Charming hotel, welcoming and full of character”
Perfect for nature lovers and anybody who wants to stay off the beaten track. It's about a 45 minute bus ride out of town, but there didn't seem to be much to do in actual Phitsanulok anyway. The owner is lovely and welcoming and the bungalows are so pretty and peaceful. It was perfect, I would have been happy to just lounge around the hotel and not go out to be honest. But they do arrange kayaking and rafting activities also. Highly recommended :)

Nice place in the forest”
Rooms, restaurant and grounds are beautiful. The traffic on the road detracted a little from the tranquil forest atmosphere. Wifi didn't work in our bungalow, though it was good in the restaurant area. Compared to some other places we stayed the price was a little on the high side.

Rainforest Resort is an amazing place in the nature”
I loved my stay at this Resort, it's in the middle of the Rainforest right at the river. You can rent a kayak, explore the waterfall nearby and visit the organic farm of the owner. All Resort facilities (rooms, relax areas) are built with love and very charming. It's just amazing to have breakfast in the jungle. Food is fantastic, all organic and very natural. Definitely try Butterfly-Peas - the best. Staff is super friendly as well, I spent two nights and felt so much more relaxed when I left. Foot massage was also great. Thanks! :)

Nice location and good service”
We had just returned from a hike up Phu Kradong and were feeling very tired and footsore. We booked into the Rainforest Resort for 2 nights to rest and relax. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we checked in and we liked the riverside setting, the room and the open-air restaurant. We also visited the organic farm which was really interesting.

Cabin has seen better days (many years ago) and was small, dusty, many insects, poorly kept and not as described in photos. After complaining to Mgr. he immediately assigned a larger cabin/room (so-called upgrade) at no extra charge that was adequately clean and less buggy. Setting & atmosphere was nice, in the forest with river nearby. Breakfast was good and staff were excellent. Must admit that, if returning in future, unless refurbished,I would likely choose an in-town hotel.
