Cool place, very clean and great value for the money. Depending on what you want to do with your time in Hsinchu the location may or may not be the place for you but it’s a ten minute walk to the train station if you wanna hop on over to the Hsinchu Station area of town. GO VEGAN (and eat at Vegeter).

Agoda address is not the exact address but it is still 20 mins from hsinchu city which is still good. Nice room and ambiance.

It's just behinds the famous Hotel Royal (Hsinchu) so you won't miss it, and easy to set up a meeting up point with your local friends. If you're just looking for a clean place to sleep in only and ask for nothing else then this is it!

Not bad for its price”

It's cheap & location is good. There is many food shops & convenient stores near. The bed & pillow is not comfortable and the internet TV doesn't work. However, you can't except a perfect experience for its price.

The Mattress is SO Uncomfortable”

It was cold last Saturday and the quilt was so thin. I could feel the springs in the mattress. It was so tired sleeping the whole night there. But the staff was friendly and it was a newly decorated hotel with some design work.

Hotel owner moved my booking to different location, but agoda solve the problem”

The booking made us confusing. I reserved the room at the provided address, but the hotel owner move me to another location 500 feet away, refuse to solve the problem and make me feel disappointed. Agoda give help and solve the problem as the result. (note that I just appreciate the Agoda system per se, but not the Agoda staffs who speaks Cantonese). Whatever, thanks for Agoda help me solve the issue and make me feel safe finally.

They don't clean rooms, and I ask them if they can do it that day. They said yes and in the night when we go back is was dirty and They told me, and I quote "The cleaning service is just for over 30 days stayings". There was no "Sorry, we didn't clean the room as we said" or "sure I can clean the room for an extra payment" nothing it was Like "that is not our problem unless your room has been dirty for 30 days." And the only thing I ask is to do the bed and take out the trash in that was on the bag.

Beautiful and convenient place to stay. But it'd be better if the toilet could be cleaner.

No hot water in shower”

This place was okay, but unacceptable that the hot water pressure runs extremely low, impossible for us to shower especially in the freezing cold. I complained to them to change the room but they said "you have to wait for the water to boil" but in reality you only get about 90 seconds of hot water. Staff were otherwise nice, room needs more hangars.

Was a bit disappointed cause we went there around 10am, wanted to put our luggage and there’s no staff and we really don’t know what to do. Room is fine and clean.

clean but hardly fall asleep”

The room is small but clean. However, the bed is too hard and uncomfortable, and air-condition is very noisy even when I used the sleeping mode. I can hardly fall asleep!
