I originally booked to stay at Rainbow house for 5 nights, and ended up staying as long as I could! (8 nights). I loved being in the standard bungalow with shared bathroom, it had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My favourite part was the incredible sounds of nature at night, so relaxing and truly felt at peace. I also loved the superior bungalow with private bathroom for 3 nights, it was very spacious with a large bed and high ceilings. Once again, everything I needed. The fan was more than enough in both rooms (I rarely used them) and also the beds were super comfy in both too! Also, the little pond and hammocks in the garden were an amazing extra touch. The hosts were so friendly and made me feel welcome, and the location was perfect - easy to walk to town but just enough out to have that really rural feel. I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Pai!

The little bungalows are cute even if very basic. I changed bungalow the next day to one with a better view because it was available which was very nice of owner. I had a correct stay, not far on foot from the center Very close to Paradise Bar which for me is a bad point, music till at least midnight every night and very loud, but seems this is all of Pai. My problem was with the shared bathrooms and it’s the reason I would not come again. 2 shared bathrooms for 9 bungalows. 2 for men and 2 for women, except only one shower with heater out of the 2 and same for a real toilet, so actually in the end there’s only one bathroom that’s actually used by women for 9 bungalows and it’s same on men’s side and in evenings I saw my man neighbor take his shower in the ladies They weren’t cleaned everyday, I stayed a week and saw them being cleaned once and I saw only 2 paper rolls for 7 days for everyone .. bathroom arrangements a bit hectic. Not for my age ! Apart from that detail everything was good, coffee in the morning and I was able to get hot water all day, it’s still very good value for money, the place is really pretty and the owners are very kind. Small details go a long way though! Thank you for everything 🙏🏻
