as always, when in penang, i would take this hotel..great location, nice big rooms..but same problem as last trip i came..many outsiders are using the poo..they park in lower lobby and straight to the pool..jumped in with their jeans, baju kurung..not clean at all..no staff to monitor this last time and also now..management should look into this very seriously

1, the original rainbow paradise hotel management is need to update the clear information to all guests who chosen your service, may not confused between you and the private management. Caused they have the RM300 damage deposit and RM100 car card deposit to car management, it was shocked me when I was arrived in evening, and asked for additional invisible fees in cash for it, named Rainbow Paradise Hotel, then after only knew that it is under different company. The hotels' title in whole Malaysia, they will have reasonable check in stay deposit RM50-RM200 to 1-6 stars. 2, those sofa/cushion, need to clean up with cushion liquid cleaner, make it look*clean and comfortable to sit, not old and dirt marks image. 3, the first impression is important, the room's door advice to make new wood paint in dark walnut for welcoming the guests, if compared to the private management in black door. 4, If the title for hotel & resort with service, the update menu with simple cuisines for room service is needed for Europe and Asia visitors . To upgrade your current service. More provided, more great business. 5, Observation to the guests, mostly are welcoming for family with kids, the operation hour for kids snacks with reasonable prices, are more good business to you, the cafe beside the pool. 8am-12pm, 2pm-6pm from Fri to Sun, and public & school holidays. 6, the storage beside the basement and storage beside the laguna bay beach bar (beside under the trees), please clean up with tiny image, for worldwide visitors. Bar lounge quality menu price, but I cannot sitting with my husband to the romantic and with my kid for his snack and to enjoy the beach view with the food. How dirty is it? Look center of kalangguni collection center, used and damaged items messy put around, kind of inserts and bacteria concerned. 7, The room's corridor, please to skipping out the peeling off wall paint, and patch up with the water proof sealer before to put the white skim coating and wall paint. 8, the interior furniture is classic image, may to improve to new modern colour paint on it, look modern contemporary design images. Not the 80's century colour in shellac wodstain oil paint, young generation family and couples cannot accept that image.
