Like coming Home”
We have returned to this hotel many times over the years. The staff are excellent in all areas from the cleaners thru to the office staff , nothing is too much trouble. I have never had an issue whilst staying here . The meal list is varied and will make anything to request , rooms clean and comfortable we stay in the boutique wing by choice but there is a whole new wing added only 2 years ago , driver always outside to take you anywhere you would like to go from small trip to whole days available at a very reasonable rate (Mr Lucky ) The grounds and 2 pools are always clean , and only a 10min trip into town.

Fabulous stay”
We have just spent three nights at The Rainforst Boutique Hotel. The staff could not do enough for us, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were lucky enough to be there over New Year and the staff were keen to include us in their celebrations when we arrived back to the hotel at midnight. The rooms were lovely, bright and clean with quirky details. The family room was great. Lovely to have a bathtub and for the children to have their own room. Tv channels were a bit limited but we weren’t there for tv and the WiFi was good, meaning we could use our iPad when the kids were asleep. Both pools were nice and clean and our children (8&10) enjoyed them a lot. Although a little out of town, there was always a taxi available outside and a tuk tuk back to the hotel ranged from 100-200 baht and took around ten minutes. The food in the restaurant is good with a great range of choices at breakfast. All in all a great stay in a relaxed, quiet and lovely location.

Really love the style of hotel , room is clean and big , have separate bedroom and washroom area , room decoration is nice make me feeling comfortable and relax , staffs are friendly and helpful, most i like is food , they’re good and very tasty 👍🏻, strong recommend !!

About a 10minute tuk tuk drive from the main centre, which meant a good night's sleep away from the sound of traffic. Spacious and clean room, amazing value for money and varied breakfast, and helpful staff

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Always smiling. No cash deposit required. There is laundry services and you can even rent a bike through hotel. Free shuttle to night bazzar as well. 20min ride to airport.

Nice, quiet hotel, not too far away from the old city, staff super friendly. Free breakfast, good night sleep. The only thing, I would improve upon is the WIFI service. Some other service cuts out. Improve on this...please!! Otherwise, great facility to stay!!

A great surprise...”
Pros: Staff was friendly and accomodating, Restaurant serves variety of menu, room was really spacious, daily housekeeping, early check in available, nice swimming pool and ambience of authentic thai,can be picked up by most tours Cons: a bit far from old town, no nearby convenience stores, short dark rough road before reaching the main street... Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Location was not really an issue because tours pick us up in the hotel lobby, also we were departing via railway which is very near. The room was really amazing, the few $ add on from deluxe to luxury was really worth it. The tub was as big as a jacuzzi just without the bubbles but with hot water, shower and toilet were separated, there's a walk in closet/powder room/ dressing room. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful!”
The Rainforest Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai was my favourite accommodation in our two week visit to Thailand. Such a pretty place with friendly staff and also a resident old dog and the occasional cat and squirrel too. The two pools were very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. They also do a free pick up from the train station if you’re arriving from Bangkok on the overnighter.

Perfect stay”
Wish we had booked longer! Was worried that I'd booked somewhere a bit far out, but there was a free shuttle into town and tuk tuks were cheap to get back. Very helpful on reception and breakfast great

A rather quaint and interesting hotel, because of Covid the restaurant was not open however the staff were great and what ever we needed they had delivered, some of the best nights sleep I have had the mattress was so comfortable, as retired hotelier who is a bit fussy, I recommend the adventure of staying at the Rainforest hotel.

Amazing stay”
We are so happy during our stay,. Specially when we arrived. Because we came early from our flight they accommodate us and even assisted us into our room. And one more thibg we are welcomed by dummy the dog, so cute and so nice. The staff are so professional we will definitely come back to rainforest hotel if we have the chance to go at chiang mai again,. Value for money and accomodating staff

2 great pools, really good family rooms - the kids sleep in a separate room with their own bathroom😎 The staff are really friendly and will help you with anything you need. Cheap transport into the old town - only 5 minutes. Really good place to stay.

Lovely tropical oasis away from hustle of the city ”
We loved our stay at Rainforest - we had a family room (two interconnecting rooms with AMAZING beds and lots of space). The two pools were gorgeous. All of the staff were smiley and helpful. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The stay was extremely good value for money. We had already spent two weeks in the Old City so had already seen all the main Chaing Mai sites, so the location (about 20-30 mins drive from the city) didn’t brother us at all. But if I were coming for a short trip to CM I would probably choose to stay somewhere closer to the action. The staff dropped us at the train station for free at the end of our stay. Lovely people. I would return here on a future visit to Chiang mai.
