More parking space if compared to the opposite road(the shop lot area). You can park your car in front of the Goldhill Club or in the Tesco area for free. The room is small but enough for a short stay. Choose the room without windows or choose the room with Jacuzzi. Don't choose a room with windows.

Almost Everything Nearby”
There are coffee shops & restaurants just below the hotel. And there are plenty more just 5 minutes walk from hotel. 24 Hours convenient store is available not far from hotel as well (within walking distance, Google it to get the exact location). Or even better, a huge supermarket (Tesco) is just opposite the hotel, another 5 minutes walk. Hopefully someday we can get some complimentary coffees / mineral water in the room. Although they have water purifier dispenser, it's rather inconvenient to walk out of the room in the middle of the night to get some water, especially when your room is way at the end of the corner. Anyway, I know this small matter can be improvised. Overall, I had a great stay. The staffs are friendly & very helpful. I will definitely come again.

The jacuzi is simply not in the bathroom anymore so I think they should stop selling the room with option of jacuzi inside the bathroom

Hotel should improve the :- 1) toilet stain on the toilet bowl and curtain. Need to clean during house keeping. 2) Towel in the room torn. Should have better towels for guest.

Comfortable and convenient”
Clean room with basic amenities. Nearby tesco. Free carpark at b2 level with elevators going straight up to the floor where the hotel is. (The hotel is at wisma manjalara and its located at the second floor) Downside is need to be buzzed in by receptionist to enter the hotel door, and sometimes there's no one at the reception. Otherwise, its a good stay for those who just want a place to crash for the night. The room cam be quite cramped, so take family room of u have children

Very rude lady at the front desk (hotel lobby)”
Check-in and check-out was a terrible experiences because of the rude and bad attitude of the lady in charge of the check in and check out. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, I politely asked the lady can I have a room facing front view. She rudely answered me in an impatience tone "I have already told you your room is facing front view. She looked at me angrily. I do not understand why Raintree Hotel employed such a rude and bad attitude employee in service industry. When I checked out she told me "I check your room first" before return my RM50.00 deposit. So I follow her in the room the she said in a very rude tone " You don't follow me into the room". Is this the way you treat your guest ? I was with my son. We were staying in Raintree Hotel because my son was having a badminton tournament at Kepong Village Mall from 6pm to 12am. I am from Petaling Jaya. I will come to stay in Raintree Hotel again if the lady is no longer working there. Hope the Hotel Management will act on it.

The room has the basic things that met our overnight stay. Bedding & pillows are comfortable. I appreciate the s nice shower & clean towels. However the TV is very blurry, and there’s no option for English channels. The receptionist is able to speak a little English. My setback was that I could pay w my cc .

Comfortable and well maintained”
Comparing to most budge hotel, it is well maintained. It has the basic necessities. I find staying here rather comfortable. Tesco is just across the road and there are numerous choices of food outlet nearby.
