Good transfer, one floor
There was no reception at hotel, I had sent email to them to confirm my arrival time. And due to it's my 1st time there and not familiar about the route, I wrote to them i may arrive around about 14:30. On that day, my train was delay and I arrived there 14:40. There was nobody there and I waited over 1 hour outside hotel in the rain. Finally they sent 1 woman can't speak English to open the door. And a female agent said i s/b there at 14:30, but I didn't. So I deserve to standing in the rain and wait over 1 hour. Also while I stayed in the room, at about 19:30, a male agent asked me to open my door for him to show my room to a client who wants to rent. It's ridiculous while u stay in a hotel and be forced to let other people scan ur room to decide rent or not. I felt my privacy was violated. Further more they charge 7€ cleaning fee per day, but they didn't do any house keeping, change towel etc,. And the sink pipe was broken, I used all towels to soak up the overrun water. I was very frustrated for staying in this hotel.
