When I first arrived at the hotel I thought I could go in without doing anything but NO! I needed a PIN number in order to enter the hotel and I NEVER got the PIN number from them through email and I ended up asking one stranger to call up the hotel to get the PIN number! They should at least have Wi-Fi outside the hotel as well as email so I can contact them without calling them! Maybe a phone close to the entrance door outside so I can at least call the customer service! First day was worst but overall it’s a nice place to stay and they have cleaning services where they clean your room and leave clean bed sheets, bath towels, and face towels. If this PIN number stuff wasn’t an issue I would’ve given them 5 stars but not really worth it… If you’re looking to stay here it might be better to book this hotel through their official site so they can email you your PIN number.
Relatively smooth stay, with necessities provided as well. Do note that the hotel is located beside a cemetery, and there is no make-up room if you don't stay for a long period of time. around a 10min walk from metro stations if you have older folks with you. Customer service was quick to respond when I found my shower curtain to be smelly upon check-in. Immediately offered a change of room for the night and for the curtain to be replaced the next day (as they don't have 24h on site staff).
Pros: It is located in a quiet area and near the spots in Asakusa. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores near the nearest subway station, which is 5 to 8 minutes away. If you have luggage, just look for the exit with the elevator. It was cool seeing the Skytree on the way to the hotel. The size of the room is perfect for a solo traveler. The bed is soft and comfortable. The room is generally clean. Aside from the usual toiletries (conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand wash), they provided 1 bottle of alcohol and 1 bottle of sanitizer for clothes. Pajamas and bedroom slippers were also provided. Check-in (as long as you get the email for the hotel entrance passcode) and check-out were no hassle. Scheduling for cleaning was also a breeze. Cons: They didn't send the hotel entrance passcode 1 day before check-in as promised here. Before my flight, i had to send several messages here but didn't receive a reply. I sent emails on the email in their website but didn't get a reply also. I eventually found their email address thru the agoda customer service on the app and sent 2 emails before getting a reply. But once you get the email, check-in is fast. As to location, if you're planning to stay out late in Shinjuku or Shibuya, make sure to keep track of the last trains to avoid paying a lot for a taxi or uber. As to cleanliness, some parts (switches, bathroom corners) were a bit dusty. It was also weird because after cleaning, the table top and small counter on the bathroom mirror had droplet stains. There was only 1 pillow. It would be nice if they had umbrellas that guests could borrow. Overall: Good place to stay for your money's worth.
Location is very good, 3mins walks away from subway station and 5-10 mins walks away from Tokyo Sky Tree. There are multiple convenience stores and restaurants in the area. Room was very small but clean and has everything you need. However because of the very limited space, I do not recommend to stay in the single rooms if you are claustrophobic or big/tall person. Also somehow I did not receive a door code I need to get inside of the building beforehand so it was little bit challenging to check in. Otherwise it is an awesome budget hotel and I totally recommend.

“Budget friendly and good area”
Let's start with location being in a great spot when your about 8 minutes from Tokyo Skytree, the shopping center, and aquarium. Your also about one train ride away from Asakusa or about 15 min walk from being in the middle of Senso-ji. Along with being about a few stops away from the pop culture area of Akihabara! For price I would say this was exceptional, would I come here, absolutely, my only issue is check-in can be a bit trouble some if you didn't do it ahead of time from the email received prior to the day before (Link for extra check-in would be posted on the bottom of the email). Other than that, if you don't mind a staffless kind of place, by this I mean you're a minimalist and don't need service as much. This hotel is great, comfortable, and enjoyable!
