Stayed for 2 nights with 5 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious and clean. There were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby which was convenient. The station was also very close, and there was a very cheap parking lot nearby which was very convenient. It was a comfortable 2-night stay.

I stayed here for one night after spending a day at Universal Studios. Even when I called the support desk because I didn't know the entrance code, they responded politely. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. There was also a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom, so I could wash and dry my clothes at night and didn't have to do laundry when I got home. I would like to use it again.

Anyway, it's so beautiful that it feels like coming to a villa! It's perfect for group trips! It was more than enough for the price, with automatic laundry, cooking, and bath storage.

A family of four, consisting of two middle school students and a couple, stayed at the accommodation. The bathroom had a drying function, so they were able to wash their clothes at night and have them dry by the morning, which was convenient for their long trip. Laundry detergent was also provided. The refrigerator had a freezer, which was helpful for freezing drinks during the summer to take to Universal Studios Japan. It took about 20 minutes by car to get there. The accommodation was new, so it was clean and comfortable to stay in.
Exceptional ”
It was a really pleasant stay. We can open 2 big and 1 small luggage in the room and still have space to maneuver around. Great location, less than 1 minute walk to the Dekijima station, which is 24 mins to universal studio and 30 mins to Namba. Only thing to complain about is the convenience, Family Mart right outside the station and supermarket opposite means we are always having supper and dessert day and night! Can't recommend more! Only downside is the check in procedure, which was really long. We could have pre-populate the fields online, but we were on a 26 hours transit journey and somehow the check in email never arrived in my inbox and I had to email to chase up for check in details during my transit.
