Really needs updated!”

Location is great and the staff was very helpful such as front desk. But the rooms really need updated and the pool area needs to be better maintained. They need an on site maintenance there all the time in my opinion. Hopefully the new owners will put some work in this hotel because it really could be nice. It's a shame to see it go downhill.

Acceptable”

The hotel was very dirty and unsanitary. Staff was educated properly with certain situations Management was defensive when spoken to and rude during phone call. She twisted everything I was complaining about which was mostly how unsanitary the hotel was.

Ok for the price”

Heat was not on in room so about 60 in there in February. Breakfast was minimal. Room was clean, shower was hot, so that was a positive.

Best I could get during a power outage”

First when I checked in the bathroom needed clean. Front desk clerk was unfriendly didn’t act quickly took some time to clean. Tried to argue that it was even after I showed pictures of hair on shower walls. Next needed clean towels because they didn’t replace the one we set out to be replaced went to the front desk and they said don’t have any and gave me 3 hand towels Third staff is very unfriendly especially the management no help or friendly customer service what so ever. That being said if you in a pinch and this is your only choice go for it. Otherwise pay a little extra and stay down the road for a bit more.
