Our room was in the old block, it was. very spacious and clean, good size balcony. The bed was comfy slept well. The pool area was tidy the pool itself needed a very good clean, pool bar was nice staff friendly and good cocktails. We were told to ask for pool towels at reception when we did we were told they had all gone - nobody was around pool using them! Half an hour later two people came to pool to use for day and they were given towels - not very good service considering we were staying here. Loungers round pool were very low not very comfy. Breakfast was good choice. Overall we felt hotel needed some tlc. We only started 3 nights out of 4 as we wanted to use a pool.

Though the room was very big. The Deluxe room with pool view was good, though AC was not provided and central ac duct across the hotel did not work. Also the this building doens't have lift, so anyone staying on 1&2 floor will find it nuisance. Rooms with Pool access were the best as these were renovated, new AC, new Smart 70 inch TV, pool access, jacuzzi, etc, which other 5 star hotels will charge a bomb, while here these are almost 40% lower. Buffet food for vegitarian was limited and Staff here was unaware of Jain Food diet, unlike Phuket & Bangkok. Pool was amazing, clean and really big. Staff was decent, but really really understaffed. So beware of the hotel, as it is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you will get here.

The service is okey except for the breakfast staff that really keep a tight schedule. They stop serving at 10am and at 10:10am you need to leave and you are almost physically thrown out.. and they keep reminding you about it every single day. The very big and nice rooms are kept clean every day, and with a little cute gift on Valentine's Day. That was a nice gesture. We stayed here for a week and we enjoyed it, and would recommend it to friends mostly because of the price value. I think you get a lot for the money you spend. M&A

Although little training is needed of the staff working at the restaurant (I had breakfast thrice during the stay). The staff is too loud and very talkative (they chit chat among themself without considering the fact that their guests are also sitting there)

| India | Family with teensThis isn't a hotel; it’s a crumbling relic that should be condemned. The "Survival" Check-In: Zero ground staff. Guests were waiting in the lobby for 3+ hours. I only got checked in after 40 minutes because I had to literally yell at the receptionist. Complete mismanagement. The Room of Horrors: A total safety hazard. Ceiling lights were hanging by bare wires (ready to fall on heads), the shower mount snapped immediately, the locker was broken, and the key card slot was busted. My friend's AC didn't work. The "Sewage" Spa: The water in my tap was dark, murky, and stank like the tanks hadn't been cleaned in a century. Zero Service Policy: I requested fixes for the dangerous lights, the black water, the broken locker, and asked for an iron. Every single request was ignored. The Workout: No elevator in a "4-star" property? We had to climb 3 flights of stairs every time. Culinary Confusion: Breakfast items were mislabeled, and the Indian food was pathetic. Verdict: At this point, just close the doors and declare bankruptcy. I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me. Worst experience ever.

| India | CoupleThis hotel is ok. Maintenance could be a bit better, particularly with cleaning the pool, but it was acceptable and we did swim. The rooms were large, if a bit dated. Bed was thin and not very comfortable. We asked if there was an elevator, staff said yes, but proceeded to take us to the 2nd building which does not have an elevator. The location is a couple minutes walk from the strip which means it’s quiet, but you’ll need to walk to the two beaches. Central location between the night market and the main strip. Overall it was fine, and I’d recommend staying here only for one night, maybe two. There are much nicer places in this area but for a short stay for this price, it’s acceptable.

The location is perfect, in the center of Ao Nang, just infront 7eleven The stuff are ok, but don't expect over friendliness or hospitality. The breakfast good. The pool and the gym are the highlight of this hotel! the biggest gym I been to in Thailand with all the the possible equipment you can wish for.

Ground floor with room numbers in range 2100 series will have direct access to Pool from their room. Kids play area is also there but in renovation during lean season. If you are pure vegetarian, your breakfast options will be very limited(toast, spaghetti, onion rings etc with tea/coffee). Kitchen works full time only in peak season.

Unfortunately the hotel room was filthy, the bed sheets and throw pillows had stains on them, black mould in the bathroom, pool access was dangerous with missing tiles, the bed was super uncomfortable and the fridge was filthy. The staff were really nice! But the lady at the front desk was more interested in watching Facebook reels than checking us in.

| Jersey | CoupleThere are very many reviews about this property that are quite mixed depending on where you read the review. This is definitely not a four star hotel, but really a three star hotel. There are things to like like the very large rooms. But there are a number of things that are worthy of comments. The Internet is very poor, the shower pressure is virtually nonexistent beyond a trickle, and it takes ages to get hot water, there seems to be one main staff person who works here all the time with very limited security. The breakfast is decent relative to the people‘s comments that say there is no choice. However, given this is a fruit haven, there is very little fresh fruit. The bed leaves a bit to be desired, which is definitely a two star hotel bed. Music Blair’s at a loud level from the pool all day long, which is very difficult to tune out and can be heard from within the rooms. We can also hear our neighbors TV and the people talking next to us, which disturbs sleep. However, the location is great because it’s off the main busy strip.

Booked 2 deluxe pool access but didn't even use the pool once as the water looked unpleasant. I guess the pool tiles were really mouldy, hence the color of the water appeared murky. Had another 2 booking of their villas, both in rundown condition. Only 1 of the villa's pool was clean. Told the staff about the other villa's pool which was dirty, she said we could use the other villa's pool instead! We paid for 2 villas but could only use 1 villa's pool? Both villa's jacuzzi were closed, one filled with rocks, the other filled with dirt. Breakfast wasn't a buffet spread, it was an ala carte menu, same menu everyday. Only the hotel's location was good. There's a 7-11 at the entrance, money changer, and tour kiosk around. About 10-15mins walk to Ao Nang beach. But still, i wouldn't recommend this hotel. Choose some other hotel which has better facilities and price.

| India | CoupleThe RAMADA by Wyndham Aonang, Krabi is the world hotel we have ever stayed in. RAMADA should have a proper and detailed relook at this note. Not only the service of the staff is very poor, the cleanliness of this hotel - rooms and room toilets needs to be relocked at. Inspite of at least 3-4 times of communication to the team, the room maintenance was extremely poor. Swimming look area looked good, but pool itself was quite poor, not clear.

By the way reception really nice since I checked in. Also the night shift guy was also nice as helpful. Internet was too slow as reviews.
