great location to airport”
Nothing wrong with the place very comfortable accommodations... Only thing as in most Motel Hotels... the cleaning sprays used to disinfect rooms is terrible... A must .. but terrible to have to breath all night long. They should get information from good hotels that must clean each night but do not have that chemical smell that may kill germs but kills the guests....

The hotel was inexpensive. We needed 2 rooms and I was in a hurry when I booked. I trusted the Ramada brand and did not really dig into the reviews. The location is near the airport and I would stay if I was on a shoestring and needed to be close to the airport. The hotel is rundown and did not feel or look clean. There was a bad smell in the halls and the rooms were musty. My girls were especially grossed out. Breakfast was free but meager.

Ice machine broken, in room microwave didn't work, mini frig turned off, and TV had to be turned on manually using the secret buttons on the back of the screen!

Not the cleanest place, hot hallways. Utility room doors open. Room doors have to be pulled close. The breakfast was a choice of 2 kids dry cereals, toast or bagels, milk, coffee. Overpriced for what you got. Near airport is only plus but I wasn’t flying out.

Don't waste your money”
We had to be moved three times in order to get a room worth staying in. Bugs in rooms, dirty. Some of the staff was extremely nice and then some were extremely rude. Will never stay there again. I'm not sure why Wyndham would allow their name on this property. Not even Motel 6 standards let alone Wyndham standards.

Place needs major updating, smells horrible and my clothes still smell like the place, it is a few blocks from the really bad part of town and made my stay very uncomfortably, especially when I see the business next door with razor wire on top of the fence. And then I am looking for a place to park the glass repair place is there replacing a shattered back window of a vehicle, yes it was shattered! Should have been a sign. But no, I continued, coffee pot was broken, lamp shade was mutilated, shower was...well-I dont know how it was working, toilet wouldn't flush, shower curtain was barely hanging, I think a bull fight had happened in there. There was not noise, I did get the coffee pot to work, and the wifi did work also. TV worked fine also.

This hotel is beyond awful!! Absolutely disgusting, I am shocked that Ramada puts their name on the property. We arrived late after a long day of driving with the family, I would have left after entering the lobby, but my children were absolutely exhausted. I thought we would just go to the room and "shelter in place"-not a nice group of guests or staff. However our room was absolutely trashed, obviously never cleaned with trash all over the counters and flowing out of the trash cans. Didn't even step into room, took a picture back to the front desk, where the attendant assured our fee would be refunded...never happened. Further Agoda has not answered any of my requests for same.

It’s cheap, but beware. If you like Dirty mattresses, stained sheets, squishy carpets this place is for you! After checking for bed bugs I slept on top of the sheets fully clothed with a hat on just in case. If it hadn’t have been midnight, I would have left,

Flash back I kept waiting for those two girls standing down the hallway. Pros 1. Beds 2. Quite 3. Big rooms 4. Safe enough Cons 1. Front desk staff 2. Breakfast 3. Extra charge on card Side note. For a 2 or 3 star motel it's great. Don't expect 5 star service.

About 6:00 a.m. I woke up to bed bugs and biting me it matches you look at still blood on the bottom of it and I went down until midnight club she's hit way to the manager comes in and tell him now that you never showed up by the time I left I emailed them talk to him he said that everything works out the credit not only did he not credit me but he charged me twice for the room and I'm still trying to get in touch with

They woke me up at 4:30 am because half the payment didn’t go through”
I checked in at 2 am needing to rest for another full day of driving. By waking me up at 2 hours later really affected my ability to get the rest I needed. I checked out at 8 am and vowed never to return to another Ramada hotel in my life.. awful experience
