For starters thier only entrance looks like an alley way and the entrance sign is so small you can barely see it. we were there three days and not once was our room cleaned, we had to ask for towels everyday. then there was an off duty drunk employees that offered my kids alcohol. she was rolling around on the floor in the hallway. the counter employees were very nice and tried to help as much as possible.

My toilet was dirty like so bad it has ring around it. My sheets were written on. My pillow case that was inside out had som me sort of spot on the “inside”/ outside. Like they just flipped it around when they were cleaning my room. The floors were clearly not vacuumed well at all. The staff was friendly. It’s hard to find. And when the cops drove through as I was taking my things to my car and watched me close and ran my plate to see who I was. I was like hmmmm bad neighborhood?? The desk clerk told me they patrol there a lot because the have issues. Very bad location

The hotel is nicely located but unfortunately very dirty. The staff cannot say "Hallo how are you". There is no room service for your entire stay. If you need something you need to fill out a request sheet. The pool is unclean and paint/cement chipping off. Moss and grime all over. The breakfast is always same low rubbish quality (except the orange juice). The breakfast area is very tiny and if more than a handful of guest seating is a challenge. The room had a smell and was hard to maintain a good temperature. The A/C and heater was just blowing either freaking cold or hot. Not able to adjust. Bottom line bulldoze it down.

Grass area was very clean and pet friendly as well as large. Walls are thin and could hear everything. 2 vans of farm works were parked right outside our window gathering and listening to music and plugging In their electric cooking devices in the outdoor outlet on the side of our room and cooking their dinner kneeling In the rocks. They were there the entire 4 days we were. Employees saw this and said nothing! I thought it was a violation of their policy and fire code. But what do I know? I noticed as we packed up, that the cover of the outlet was missing and pulled out to where wires were showing! Just saying!
