I stay here whenever I'm in Indianapolis since it's close to just about everything. The staff is friendly and the hotel is fairly clean and quiet. Some rooms are nicer than others but for the price, it can't be beaten. Stayed in a king suite this last time...no TV in the bedroom, no drawers for clothes (huge closet though), and no light over the sink at the wet bar. The heat worked great, the bed was comfy, and had plenty of hot water so all in all, it was a good deal.

Your typical American budget hotel room. Bad lighting, comfortable enough to sleep. The breakfast was good and the hotel owners give you a free ride to the airport. Sweet deal.

Not so good experience”
The lock system is not working, guest must ask for help from reception every time. Room is old. The hotel is also far (8 mils) from airport and no shuttle bus service for "guest without car parking overnight" Why would I need a shuttle bus if I come with my car? It is only with name of Ramada but running by it, not good. Better to stay at central area at Indianapolis than here.

Overall, the staff was very nice and friendly, came across one that every time I spoke him looked at me and said nothing. To my understanding the owner is revamping the hotel and it is needed. The room I was in was pleasant and breakfast was decent. They served their purpose.

after checking in I wanted ice all the ice machine were broken or shut down. Breakfast was a biscuit with no butter or jelly available. coffee. that wasn't replenished and juice cereal with no milk and I didn't get the room cleaned or fresh towels until I complained at the front desk I will not ever stay at that ramada inn again

I was asking WIFI in my room is not connected and if I could change a room. The staff turned around and asked "Does anybody complain about WIFI? .....No? We don't have the problem. It's probably some fixing is going on so you will have the same problem with other rooms." Later I got connected to WIFI in my room but kept losing. I couldn't work and I felt terrible.

Not worth it ”
Lobby is old and worn though the site says it was redone in Nov. The room was freezing when we walked in. The toilet paper wasn't changed there were holes in the walls. The back door was unlocked and you didn't need a key so that was dangerous. The free breakfast was priced accordingly as it offered one fruity, cold breads and one type of non brand coffee and tea. Grits in a crock pot and the breakfast area was dirty well after breakfast. The front desk staff avoided eye contact or speaking at all. The TV was not flat or HD in 2019. The bathroom was for a handicapped patron. Though me nor my spouse is handicapped if we were, the seat in the shower was coming out of the wall. Throw the whole place away

This hotel is nasty! The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful, and black mold in the bathroom. The sink faucet had very little water pressue and the wall heater had a foul odor omitting from it during operation. ALL the ice machines were broke and the hotel would not provide ice from an outside source. It is evident that this booking company does not personally inspect these properties at all. I SHOULD get a full refund.

First room I was sent to was not made. Just had pillows on the floor and blankets balled up on a chair. The second room had huge crumbs on the carpet, long strands of dark hair on the shower walls and much like the elevator was in dire need repairs.

Decent but need to be updated. Key card didnt work twice had to keep going back down to fix it. TV was fuzzy for a while. Bathroom wall paper coming off. 1-2 days will be all that I could do. For the most part I will not stay here again. NEEDS SOME SERIOUS UP8

Place like this can pass inspection and be rented. I would have felt better Sleeping in my. Car never again will I trust this chain or agora
