It was my mother and I that stayed 6 nights instead of the 7 I had paid for. The front desk staff was nice, but I told the AM girl twice that the message light on the phone had been blinking since we checked into the room. It was never taken off. The cleaning staff never ran the vacuum in the room and really did not clean anything. Upon check-out I told the same front desk girl that the toilet in 108 was completely loose from the floor and if it was not fixed someone could sit on it and fall. Then that person would sue them, she only stated "Ok" but did not seem to concerned. For the money that I paid it was the second worst places we have ever stayed at. If this is the kind of place Wyndham has I hate to see any of their time shares, and I am happy we have one a Vacation Village in Florida. I also, work with a lady who's Brother-In-Law works for your time share brother what I could tell her. So, because of this no I would not stay there again or re commend it to anyone.

Sooo I have literally never left a bad review ever, yes it was that bad. I can deal with the weed smell, hotel party noise and crying babies—- I expected to get what I paid for in that sense. However, the first one was so bad that I had to be asked to move… The stains on the wall, in the shower with clothes and dirty sheets in the drawers were too much for me to handle. The front desk had no issue giving me another room, which while cleanER was still rough. We stayed for a week, here’s what we learned that you should def know BEFORE booking - The photos of the rooms, are not photos of the rooms in that hotel. The cleaning staff doesn’t exist. In a week we didn’t see ANYONE resembling house keeping. We never received new bedding or toilet paper until I asked to change my own bed— I was made to wait while they checked to see if they even had any EXTRA??? Uhmmm… and to conclude — hear me when I say, the continental breakfast will come in a brown bag containing a very small bottle of water and a few snacks. While we stay the entire week, if I could’ve gotten my money back, I would have.

All the amenities and ambiance of a truck stop with the price of a standard hotel. No drain plugs in the tub, discoloration of the grout that looks suspiciously like mold, paper thin blanket, and no housekeeping in two days. Did see one housekeeper chilling out in another room watching TV though, so that’s cool. Desk agent told me they charge 3x the incidental fee “just in case” the “local kids be smokin and partying in here.” Definitely minimal privacy. I had the exciting time of listening to my neighbor scream at and hit her toddlers for running into the walls and I was able to enjoy the sound of Andy Griffith from my neighbor’s TV on the other side. Lots of similar price points near by. Skip this dumpster fire.

Hotel was good for the price. Older, but clean. Friendly staff. Your breakfast is in a prepacked lunch bag. A small water, an orange, a nutrigrain bar and prepackaged cake square. Not ideal for a type 1 diabetic.

Stayed for 11 nights and only managed to do housekeeping twice( after umpteen request ). Breakfast ( apple or orange with muffin and one small water bottle) provided are pick up and go and it’s the same everyday. Housekeeper and the staff at the reception completely not interested in asking enquiries from guests. One of the worst stay

All I can say is, DO NOT stay here. We were given the wrong room when we got there, the front desk woman was rude when we asked for the correct room, & when she finally gave it to us, that room was disgusting. Stains all through the sheets, dirt on them, splatters of something on the wall, holes in the wall of the shower filled in with TOILET PAPER, & not to mention, we were forced to listen to a dog bark for 45 minutes straight at 9 pm while trying to sleep. We didn’t receive any housekeeping during the weekend, & the “complimentary breakfast” consisted of little containers of juice & milk thrown in a bowl with no ice & containers of cereal. You couldn’t even pay me to stay at this hotel again. It is not at all worth what they charge & it’s safe to say we will never be returning.

The rooms were basic. Not the cleanest and needs update. The showers had a lot mildew and soap scum. The toilet would not stop flushing for 20 minutes at a time and when I asked was told it was a “safety feature” Room heavily smelled of smoke. Breakfast was cereal and only one morning was able to receive the bags(muffin water and snack bar) Overall, for a day or two and not planing on spending time in hotel not bad. Overall, I would not stay again unless I was without kids and maybe just needed to rest from a drive. I would spend the extra to stay at one of the neighboring hotels.
