Honest- polite- awesome. I am talking all the employees”
The only complaint i had was a personal issue. On my floor some one was smoking in their room and it made the entire floor smell like cigerette smoke. And there is no smoking in the rooms. But i am not a snitch. To each their own. Other than that they are hands down the best customer service i have encountered in a very long time. Professionals. They were dressed to impress . At least the one midtown phx is. I will come back.

Nice Relaxing Stay”
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel they keep it clean it's relaxing they let me have my time To myself and they are very nice/efficient when I need help with a certain problem but the only downfall I would say is that the breakfast and pool is closed but we all know whose fault that is not the hotels, it's due to the nasty Corona!

Good”
Good room, good customer service, reasonable price, & clean. Interesting clientele though. I don't think I saw 1 kid there? But I did see a lot of police officers.

Outstanding Value”
Our room was clean and prepared when we arrived tired and ready to sleep. The staff made check in quick and easy. Hope to be able to book this hotel again.

No heater ”
My only complaint was they didn’t have heaters on, A cold front came through, I know this is Phoenix but it was really cold in the room and the bathroom even colder, I would of appreciated knowing this when I checked in. I could of searched for another spot, anyways I went To a nearby Target and bought a small heater.

Overall good stay ”
An older hotel that’s kept clean. Breakfast runs out quick for it to be $6.99. I got downstairs at 9am and the sausage, potatoes, bacon, pancakes, etc. were gone. When I asked the cook if he would be making any more pancakes or adding more milk to the drink area he replied, “You’re a bit high maintenance!” Other than that it was an overall good stay.

Excellent”
Typically really affordable (price goes up around special events). Kind of run-down, but that's why you pay less. The location is perfect--right next to downtown, but never felt unsafe. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. You do have to pay for breakfast ($7), but sometimes they give out free coupons, and its a pretty good spread of food for the price (bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, breakfast casserole, fruit, yogurt, granola, etc.) It's become my go-to spot when I'm in Phoenix because of the location and affordability.

Rooms not thoroughly inspected prior to occupancy.”
Never had any problems that weren't addressed right away, but inspecting the room is not my job. I might miss things I don't ever use, like the phone - but if something's not right and the phone doesn't work to call the desk and get it addressed, that's 2 problems. Always have your key re-coded every time you pass the desk. I do it at every hotel out of habit now. Having to go back down to the desk because you can't get into your room is inconvenient.

Problems addressed quickly”
There was no heat in the room, so they moved me. No big deal. I left my sunglasses in the first room and they were returned. Thanks, staff.

The room we were given was the last available and the AC went out about 7pm. It was horrible. ”
We should have been sent to another hotel at their expense.

Very good”
Hotel and staff were pretty good, seams to be a meth problem in Phoenix though. Inside and outside the hotel I saw speed freaks loitering around. I’m from Vancouver where I’m used to seeing open drug abuse and addicts, however I could imagine it being a shock to a family or traveller.

EXPECTED BETTER FROM RAMADA/WYNDHAM”
It has been over a decade since I've stayed at a Ramada. I had pleasant memories from my past stays at Ramada properties across the nation. However, my recent experience at this inner-city (midtown) property left me feeling like I paid a hotel price for little more than an aged motel accommodation. In particular: 1) The room was located on the back side, with only a view of other unsightly buildings and rooftops. 2) No fresh air; sealed windows and no noticeable air flow from room vent. Switched on room ceiling A/C, but air blowing from unit seemed stale (A/C vent dirty). 3) Furniture appeared worn and banged-up, including lamp shades; dual lamps had only one bulb installed. 4) Shower-head had several clogged ports, with only partial spray pattern; bathtub deeply stained; bathroom floor grout soiled black (noticed it was white under the counter near the wall; felt I had to protect my feet). 5) No hand sanitizer or disinfectant wipes available to guests during COVID-19.

Value for your buck”
What you pay for is what you get here. The location is fantastic. The staff is friendly. The let down was the upkeep on the building and its amenities. Stained walls and carpets, over worn fabrics in the rooms, tubs' paint peeling and toilets are stained with age. Lastly, getting to the parking lot is a walk away from the facility.

Decent hotel if price is right. Basic. ”
Was an ok hotel. Needs some maintenance, and modernization. Breakfast was ok (Better than none) but $6.99 charge they don’t tell you. Free coffee and outside seating is nice touch. Pool was NOT heated. Room climate controls were not working. Adequate hotel if rooms are cheap enough. Parking is Less desirable, small lot, must park on side street or shared garage next to other hotel.

Parking is bad, facility needs updating”
Beware parking is bad, only 12 or less spaces in front & even less in the garage around the corner. Garage is shared with another hotel in back of the Ramada so you have to walk a distance to park. Once parked if you leave, you may not get a parking space when you return!! The restaurant is not open. This entire property is in need of updatingThe toilet seat was disgusting, hey they don’t cost that much to replace-gross! Carpeting in the hallways are rippled! Room was just ok but wouldn’t walk around barefoot on the carpet!! For one night it was doable. View from room was great.

Everything that could go wrong did”
The computer was down so they could not retrieve our booking. Fortunately I had printed out a copy, but they merely took a glance at it and returned it to me. The next morning we left early for church and returned after 3pm. We were surprised to find that our room had yet to be cleaned. Hearing some of the housekeeping crew nearby, we let them know that they could clean our room. We then received a call from the front desk to say that rooms would not be cleaned after 2pm. I said we had been out since morning and had returned after 3pm to a room that hadn't been made up. A few minutes later, I received another call to say that their records showed we had checked out at 12 noon! We went downstairs immediately to sort this out. I asked how we could have checked out at 12 when we only returned past 3pm? We were still in possession of our room keycards and all our bags were still in the room! That was when they said a colleague had made a mistake and asked us to call Agoda to clarify?!?

Acceptable”
We were in Phoenix for one night and the price and location were right, but would definitely not recommend staying here any longer than one night. Quite run down hotel and mediocre staff. Was ok for what we needed though.

I Think For The Money I Spent, Staff Would Be Nicer. I Don't Smoke & Didn't Like The Smoky Hallway.”
I Was Not Impressed With My Room, It Looked Very Dingy & Plain. I Had To Go Two Floors Up For Ice. The Elevators Had Graffiti In Them. I Saw A Lot Of Questionable People Hanging Around The Outside Of The Hotel. I Really Didn't Feel Safe. I Tried To Park In The Extra Parking Structure & Saw More People Who were Hanging Around The Front Of The Parking Structure So I Waited To Park In The Very Small & Dimly Lit Main Parking Lot. When I Was Checking Out I Over Heard Staff Arguing With A Guest. I Have To Say I Will Not Return To This Location & Will Not Send People Here. I Will Be Going Back To La Quinta They Treat Me Better, Rooms Are Better & They Also Give You Free Breakfast.
