Worst Hotel ”
No towels in my room. Dirty everything, walls, floors, toilets, shower, covers, light switches, and no trash can liner. All of it was dirty. Even the outside of the hotel. Cigarette butts and trash are all over the parking lot. Manager was rude as well. Will never ever stay here again. Pictures in the agoda page of the hotel are not even the same hotel. Stay away from this hotel. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

I booked my reservation at the end of February to attend the last day of a convention at C S U. When I at check in they had a problem finding my reservation even with the number. Disgusting Rooms-”
Disgusting Rooms, Druggies around hotel, scary area !!!!! I lived in Pueblos most of my life and it is getting really bad with all the drug addicts hanging around hotels around your cars and having people smoking all around the hotel is pretty disgusting and the smell of marijuana is everywhere at night. They throw their cigarette butts everywhere and like I said you can see people smoking pot right out of their doors and even in the cars it is pretty disgusting I know they say you're not supposed to be smoking but you can see it for your own eyes go across the street to another hotel I highly highly not recommend this place and then you can't even get a hold of Agoda Customer service to let them know about this area and the hotel Go pay a couple extra dollars to stay at econolodge quality inn and other hotels nearby do not stay here the breakfast is just like everywhere so you're not getting a deal at that It used to be Hampton inn years ago but it has been downgraded to the lowest
