Bed bugs!! Called staff and told them and they said no we don’t have bed bugs and hung up on me. Went to show them pictures and video then told me I can get my money back but since I reserved it from here idk how to get it.

Absolutely Horrendous Room!”
We stayed here because we were driving across the country to see m e first grandchild being born. Where we come from, the Ramada is a pretty high class, comfortable hotel. This was NOT THAT, AT ALL! The garbage had not been emptied, the desk clerk wanted to make a deal with me re: a heavily smoked in room because he "has a hard time renting this room" and I am a smoker. Needless to say, the fact that I smoke makes no difference when you are entering into a room that had been heavily smoked in for an entire year without the maids ever having access to the room the entire time! It was so thick with the smell of cigarettes that I almost gagged. The clerk (who was awesome despite where he worked) then gave us the room next door. Garbage, including half eaten apples, was under both beds, there were roaches and the bed spread was stained with blood. No refrigerator, etc. This place was a nightmare.

They should either allow it to be an apartment for residents or a hotel not both. I was having trouble with booking my second night and was told if I didn't pay by 1:00 the police would be there to remove me...what? Accommodating...not!!

Back parking was a beat up motor home all thrash with someone living in it no smoking section was like smoking section like people love there and they sell drugs out of that hotel Soda vending machine Had a Pepsi like it had been there for years very very bad place to stay

This hotel was filthy and most of the "guests" there were pretty unsavory. Also, there was no hot water in the morning.

This place is a mess. Once I checked in I wasn't abe to even think correctly knowing that I was in a place that looked like this. After being at this location for about 5 min. I felt the need to leave. The pictures on their site are very very old

Do not turn your head to even look at this place. This hotel is awful. The pictures they have posted is truly something from over 15-20 years ago *I'm sure*The room was dated. The bathroom was very dirty, along with a tub and sink having that new rust look....This is just sad they would rent room 133 out with rust around the rub and sink like this. No site should have advertisement up for this hotel.
