Really liked the quality of the renovation, but they didn't sweep the room or hallways. AC unit was not working great so it was humid in room. There was a plop of hair on floor & bathroom but definitely happy staying here.

Miss Pat is the BEST!”
Although the hotel is undergoing construction and we were in one of the older rooms that had not been remodeled yet, the room was comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was amazing as well! I think that once the remodel is complete it will be a perfect place to stay. The real gem at this hotel has to be the staff! Miss Pat made us feel like we were family from the moment we walked in the door. We had been traveling for 18 hours at that point and were exhausted and she took the best care of us that I have ever had the privilege to have experienced. Miss Pat and the staff made our 1 night stay awesome!

Hotel is under new management & renovations were being started. Front desk & housekeeping staff were very friendly, hotel was very quite at night; 3 excellent nights sleep. Breakfasts were good; normal hotel breakfast items. Satellite TV channel offerings needs to be updated; no sports channels other than non-English soccer channel. We encountered no problems & would definitely stay here again.

Übernachten auf einer Baustelle ”
Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, allerdings wurden wir darüber vorher nicht informiert. Außen und im Hotel war es wie auf einer Baustelle. Die mexikanischen Handwerker verursachten viel Lärm und Dreck. Es gab kein Wasser, das wurde erst um 19 Uhr wieder angestellt. Die wenigen Zimmer die bereits renoviert waren, sind nicht gründlich gereinigt worden. Überall im Zimmer waren noch Farbspritzer und Staub. Das Personal war nicht sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück nahmen wir zusammen mit den Handwerkern ein. Es gab kein Obst, keine Waffeln, keinen Joghurt noch nicht einmal Kaffeebecher. Stattdessen nur alte Bagel mit Marmelade und ein paar Flakes. Mir ist klar das diese Umstände größtenteils den Bauarbeiten geschuldet sind, aber dann muss halt während der Bauphase das Hotel für Gäste geschlossen bleiben bzw. eine andere Unterkunft bereitgestellt werden. Zumindest aber muss man vor Ankunft darüber informiert werden. Zusammengefasst also ein absoluter Reinfall.
