I recently stayed at Ramada JBR and had a very good experience. The dinner and breakfast buffet were both excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The food quality and presentation were impressive, and the dining experience was very enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Atul at the front desk for his warm welcome and professional service. He made the check-in process smooth and was always helpful throughout my stay. I’d also like to appreciate Ms. Bisna at the restaurant for her attentive and friendly service. She made sure everything was perfect during my meals and added a personal touch to the overall dining experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The best hotel stay I had. They upgraded my room to an apartment upon a slight request. The room was perfectly clean. The staff was so courteous and ever ready to help. Even at late night room service was available and happily obliged to every request. The valet parking is great. The best part is it's location. Right at the end of JBR Beach. Though getting to it, there is lots of traffic on the signal right next to it.

Without a doubt, I can say that this is one of the favorite hotels that I stayed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and they even gave us a Sea side view even if we've booked for City view. The restaurant is very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant chef and staff deserves a special thanks since their food is good, tasty and you'll have lots of choices. Our two kids loved the pool since we started swimming early morning and no one uses it (aside from us) at that day.

This time, I was looking for a hotel near the beach that is affordable, clean, and conveniently located with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Our room was upgraded from City View to Partial Sea View and we liked it so much. The room was very spacious and we liked that wr have our own kitchenette, dining and living area. We liked our spacious bedroom too. The bed was comfy. Plus there are two toilets. Also, a separate bath tub and shower area. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. From the reception to the concierge and the housekeeping. The complimentary water is good too since its 2 big 1 liter bottles. The area is very good. Just a walk to the beach. There are several shops nearby. Restaurants and groceries are nearby as well.

I,ve been visiting Dubai almost twice every year for the past decade or so for vacation and have stayed at almost every major hotel at all the popular locations but as you can judge from the attached photograph, I’ve never experienced such poor level of hygiene anywhere ever. We were welcomed by a lizard in our room, were then moved to a better room with a view, albeit with same level of poor room cleaning, worn out doors and floors, broken drawers and locks. Worst of all, the staff knows everything and yet never bothers to do anything about it. I would give it negative 5 stars if it was even possible and wouldn’t ever recommend anyone at all to stay here!

It was indeed a nice and relaxing stay for 3 days 2 nights. I commend their staffs for being nice and friendly. I like their fridge compared to other hotels. Their fridge can really keep everything inside it cold. I just hope the room smells cleaner and fresher. Other than that, it was really a nice and relaxing stay.

Outstanding Option in the Marina Area Service: Very impressive. Everyone is really accommodating and attentive. Bilal is a special person. He upgraded us for free to a one-bedroom suite, which is really spacious for two adults and one child. with a view of the marina. outstanding service. Facilities: It's a big room. furnished with a TV, a refrigerator, kitchenware, and an oven and microwave. Although, nothing fancy or luxurious. Location: This location, which is close to the beach for the price, is excellent! There are numerous restaurants nearby. A supermarket is located next to the hotel fantastic decision.

I booked another Ramada hotel in Dubai, coz I have been before in other hotels of this brand. Unfortunately the one at JBR is low-key in comparison to others for example in Bodrum. The stuff never opened the door for me or helped with luggage. Food in the restaurant is eatable but tasteless. The sockets in my room were broken. This is not a standard I really expected tbh.
