Located near local official buildings, old town area, and traditional market, this hotel is in a great and convenient location. Guests love the excellent and friendly staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The clean and spacious rooms make for a great value for money. The amenities provided included everything except for a toothbrush and a razor. There was also one bottle of water per day. We visited during cherry blossom season, and the staff were very kind and explained things to us in detail, even calling a taxi for us, as we only spoke Japanese. Unfortunately, traveling with the elderly was challenging due to many steep hills. Additionally, we searched for places to eat or cafes nearby, but there were none, and when we asked the staff, they said we would need to take a taxi or bus. The staff kindly called taxis for us several times during our stay and communicated our destination, which was truly considerate.
The Jeju Bus Terminal, Jeju Airport, Dongmun Market, and Tapdong Coast are all within a 10-minute taxi ride. There are also many bus routes available. It's recommended for those who are afraid of sea winds because it's very close to the beach. Please keep in mind that there are many Chinese tourists everywhere. There aren't any amenities, but hotel prices are rising. There are many mosquitoes, so you need to turn on the home mat. Sometimes, there are stains on the bed sheets, so I had to request a change.
Hotel room is spacious. Staff is very helpful, speak & understand English. Breakfast with great selection. Suggest taking taxi to hotel as each bus stop is far apart and with slope, so it’s not easy to push your luggage to hotel. Taxi fare is reasonable, just prepare your hotel name & address in Korean will do. Btw the sharing: we actually booked private pick up via Klook, but the original driver didn’t turn up and we have to communicate via Klook and wait for next driver to come which was about 2 hours after the original pick up time. There’s a bus stop opposite Ramada hotel (this bus stop is actually at the middle of the road). We joined Yeha tour, so every day we will take bus 182, or bus 132, or bus 365 to Yeha meeting place at airport. Journey about 15 min. All public transport can be pay using T money card. You can get the T money card at 7-11 store and top up there when you need to. Refund can only be done at convenient store not airport. Bus 352 to Dongmun traditional market. Bus 360 to bus terminal then change bus 282 to teddy bear museum. Overall staying at Ramada Jeju Cityhall is a great experience. Will stay again if i visit Jeju. Thanks

“Pleasant Hotel to Stay in Jeju City”
We spent 4 nights there and very satisfied. The room we booked got upgraded for free, the front office staffs speak excellent English and super helpful. The hotel’s location is superb, bus stop just right in front, BHC Chicken on 1st floor, 711 just next to it. The room is cleaned everyday and provided basic amenities and water bottles. Note that they dont provide toothbrush and toothpaste due to government regulations but no worries because there’s vending machine in the lobby or just pop to 711 All in all we are very satisfied and would stay here again if we visit Jeju City next time.
