Weather was really hot, but you can’t really feel it. We went to Kite Beach, I would like to recommend everyone to go there. It was really good and one can beat summer there. Ramada staff, cleanliness, location, morning breakfast everything was superb. Would like to stay again there.

4 nights and can't really complain apart from one thing. Didn't know you have to pay 5 dirham every time you hire a beach towel. I was told first that we can't keep our towels for whole stay and they need to be returned at the end of the day. Next day when went back to hire them again I was told by a different person that we could have kept the towels... Apart from that no complaints. Nice clean hotel, with friendly staff in good location, close to dubai mall. Also nice choice of foods for breakfast. Would go back.

The location is very good, very good value for money, the rooms are tidy and clean. the only issue is that the swimming pool is too shallow (only 1.2 m). Other than that no complaints, i would definitely visit it again

PCR test arranged by Hotel ”
Hotel provided the service for PCR test at the hotel premises. The company that executed the PCR test was poor quality. The person who executed the test was not wearing gloves and face mask, moreover the equipment was left on the open table with the risk of contamination. My first test came back positive however subsequently tests executed by independent laboratory (American Hospital) came back negative. Due to poor performance of the company suggested by the hotel my travel was delayed by several days. My personal suggestion for future guests is to perform the required PCR by an independent laboratory not linked to the hotel.
