The towel tube was damage. They dont pass vacum cleaner in the room. I put a m&m in the rug and the m&m was all the week.

Bad Experience
Room Floor was Wet, bath room has the Black Mold, Room has paint chipped all over, hall ways Celing has water leak mark all over, even the break fast has bad Yougert like it was in bad temperature. Night staff was very unprofessional. We were suppose to say two days i checked in 12:00 am and Checked out 8:30 am couldn't bare the nasty smell.

Staff very nice! We arrived around 09:xx and cannot check in first. Staff ask me to having breakfast at the hall and not charge us. Door access system is very poor! Every day cannot access the room after go out out. As such, cleaning maid no clean up the room and refill the refreshment every day!

The surrounding around the hotel is poor, although the location is quite convenient to go to Times Square via subway. The system is poor that the hotel always cannot get the reservation or cancellation information. And meanwhile the room is old while some facilities cannot work.

Satisfactory Hotel with a good location.
Location, room size, complimentary breakfast
I arrived at the hotel before official check in time and after a 30 minute wait was allowed to check in at around midday. The hotel location was good, as it was walking distance to several modes of public transport, the subway included. There were plenty of places to eat within 10 minutes walk from the hotel which was handy. Room size was generous and well equipped. I had a good strong wifi connection. Front desk staff were attentive but I noted that house keeping was often very loud which got frustrating in the morning. Breakfast had a good spread but the dining area was not equipped for the number of hotel guests. From memory there were only around 24 seats which made it difficult during the 3 hour breakfast window. One other let down was the in house Gym which was limited to only 3 pieces of equipment, one of which was broken. Overall a satisfactory hotel.
