Do not recommend this hotel”
Not the world Ramada Hotel chain we used to stay, For a few extra bucks I could have stayed in a much better hotel just next to the airport. Fortunately I just reserved it for the last night of my stay in this city. Non English speaking staff. No a/c in room. Poor breakfast... and so on. Full of local airlines crew staff. Not recommended even for one night,

Hotel is looking very tired - needs to be redeveloped”
Location is good if you want to stay close to the airport for early departures including free transit van to the airport, however the building needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. Room is large and clean however the hotel allows people to smoke throughout the hotel which is against the Chinese Government Law. Not sure why this is allowed especially in restaurants.

Great room design, a bit disapointing in terms of service”
First the positive: The hotel is very convenient if you need to arrive early at the airport. The room design is great and very comfortable. The breakfast is quite large. It's also quiet. The not so positive: The staff wasn't particulary great on service or politeness. No english is spoken in this "international hotel". There wasn't much hot water in the shower, whether late or night or early in the morning. The bathroom wasn't as clean as i would have hoped for. And finally in spite of this being a 135USD a night, you will be charged for any bottle of water left in your room beyond the complimentary two 25cl ones. Just don't get thirsty...

Location was a 10min drive away from airport. Carpet was not clean. There was no 24hr food service, necessary for an airport hotel. There was no where to even buy a drink or a coin operated machine. Transport took almost 30min to come pickup after call despite being so near. Overpriced.

Almost brand new hotel - very clean and comfortable, very cheap buffet dinner available, helpful staff
Our stay at this hotel was very good once we had arrived there. When we booked it, we did so specifically because it was described as being 'Inside the Lukou International Airport Eastern Airlines Jiangsu, Nanjing China', which we took to mean that the hotel was located within the terminal area. Unfortunately, the hotel is not inside the terminal, but is at least 1km away, on the highway to the airport. We started walking along the broken footpath with all of our luggage, and had walked most of way to the hotel, when an airport policeman stopped his car, instructed us to get in, and took us the remainder of the journey. The hotel voucher we had printed off did not include the actual address of the hotel, so even the policeman needed to ask directions to get there!! Once at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and apologised for the misleading info on the website and hotel voucher and arranged for us to be taken (for free) back to the airport for our flight the following day. The reception staff said that we could have arranged a shuttle bus pick up on arrival, but we did not recall seeing this on the website, and why would we have needed a shuttle if the hotel was inside the airport complex! The hotel was very nice, but because it is so close to the airport, there are no shops or resturants nearby.

Stay fine. Very comfortable. Main problem: advertised/listed as IN the airport, but is a 15-20 minute taxi drive away. DO NOT attempt to find it in the airport. You will waste time when you just want to sleep! Also, why on earth do you have Food/Dining as a required field?I did not eat there so cannot comment! I give it superb because you insist on an entry and because they gave me a free cup of coffee in the morning!

Can find a better deal ”
Do not recommend this hotel. I was attracted by its international renowned name but what I found was an old facility, good only for crew members of a local airline. No a/c in room, and when I complained, an electric fan was offered. No western cutlery in breakfast buffet. No English and helpful staff. No taxis will take anyone to this hotel from the airport. In summary, far from being a 4-star hotel.

空港へは車で送迎サービスがついており、空港前のホテルより安いのが魅力です。設備は日本のビジネスホテル以下、期待せず、寝るだけと腹をくくりましょう。 朝ごはんは種類は沢山ありますが、日本人が食べられるのは余りありません。
