I have stayed at a lot of Ramada (Wyndham Resort) properties both for business and pleasure. This property does not deserve to carry the Ramada name. There were ants in the room, the walls were cracked & falling apart, the air conditioning unit was filthy and the carpet was putrid. The bath room was dirty, the toilet leaked and ran all night, the door was water damaged and delaminating, the tiles were cracked and loose etc etc I couldn't, in good conscience, recommend this motel to anyone. It deserves no stars rating.

The AC/Heater non-functional - help desk notified without resolution offered as to "changing rooms" , etc. Ask to remind us for "wake up call in AM - did not happen.

Reasonable rates for the length of my stay compared to others at this price range. No fridge or microwave, AC leaked water on the carpet when it was operating. Only had ice machines on the 1st and 4th floor. Pool was really dirty not just the usually leaves etc on top but trash on the bottom, also not heated. But the roo. Itself was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was near the 405 and LAX.

It was an ok experience here. What I did not like was that we had to ask for a lot of things, instead of them being in the room already. there was only 1 towel in the restroom so I called the front desk & asked for 4,And they only brought us 2. Also had to ask for shampoo & conditioner. Plus I had to ask for an iron. Every hotel that I've been to already has these things inside. One more thing- the queen size beds are more like FULL sized beds.

this hotel is terrible . dirty sheets. cheap towels. A/C set to run for few minutes and then turn off again and again which makes room very uncomfortable. I will not never stay even if they offer free room

The Hotel is located about 15 minutes from the car rental. It also has gas station very nearby. It makes it very easy to return car and take the car rental shuttle to the airport. My room had a Jacuzzi. Very nice.
